Almost everything was good. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Bathroom was clean too and they provided the soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Parking spot was spacious and location was close to the highway. Did not have breakfast, so couldn't comment on it.

The ladies checking me in and out were cold. They were not rude, but friendliness and warmth were just not present. Giving the benefit of the doubt, it could be that they were underpaid or undergoing a difficult time.

When traveling, skip the hotel cluster in Chambersburg and stay here. This may be the nicest value hotel I've ever stayed in. Thought went into every aspect of the hotel's design, from having a place other than the bed to store your open luggage, to having plenty of hooks and rods in the bathroom to hang towels and wash cloths, to plenty of easily accessible outlets to power your devices, to a buffet style area for breakfast that is separate from the seating area. The beds are quiet and comfortable, with different pillows (soft and firm) for different preferences. The bathroom tub even has a raised outer lip to keep the water in the tub when it gets around the shower curtain. On top of that, the hotel staff is as thoughtful and pleasant as the design. This hotel's high rating on all travel sites is well earned.

I was only staying here one night.

We were very impressed with the front desk staff and their exceptional customer service. An added touch was the fresh fruit offered throughout the lobby. When we went into our room it smelled so nice and the cleanliness was above exceptional. The breakfast buffet had everything and anything possible on it. It also was exceptional. We can’t stop talking about the fact that the best hotel we have ever stayed at. I want to go back to PA just to stay again. We have told all our friends and family about the hotel.

The hotel is pretty new and looks it. Nice decor. Breakfast was quite good. Small cheese omelettes, bacon, sausage, bread, bagels, english muffins, muffins, gluten free options along with cereals and make your own pancakes. Soy and Almond milks for your coffee is in the fridge which is very rare to find for those of us who can't use milk. Fruit (apples, oranges and bananas is put out in the lounge all day. It was very quiet for sleeping. It's just off the I-81.

Nothing not to like although the room was a bit small. We don't leave anything in our car no matter where we are staying so the room was a little cramped with our golf clubs and 2 suitcases. For one night it was fine.

This hotel excels at tiny details other hotels miss: The TV remotes are sanitized and stored in sealed bag. The TVs in the rooms all have extra HDMI cables, so that you can connect your laptop (bet you didn't even notice!). The breakfast isn't just a general buffet, they go through the trouble of providing every option. Every selection of breads available for toasting are individually wrapped in bags so that the other guests don't have to handle or hover over them all when making a selection. (VERY organized, VERY clean!) You want margarine, or peanut butter, instead of butter? They have it. Even the main buffet choices are thoughtfully selected. This is way beyond anything I've experienced at such an inexpensive hotel. The staff is to be strongly commended.

The staff were all pleasant and courteous. The room was clean and they have firm mattresses, which I prefer, so I found it very comfortable. I appreciated their energy saving measures for when the rooms are empty, such as keeping the room at a cooler temp and having the mini fridge turned off, and both are easy to adjust to personal preference as the thermostat was easy to find and the fridge can be turned on from the front-inside if needed. The breakfast selection was good and there were plenty of options that were gluten-free, though no bread products, and the coffee was good.

The walls are a little thin and you can hear people moving around the hallways and adjacent rooms. During my stay, everything quieted down at a reasonable hour and there were no disturbances during the night, but if you like to go to bed earlier and/or are a light sleeper they do provide earplugs to help with this.

We made our reservation a few hours before arriving. Check in was very fast and smooth, staff were friendly and helpful. The full hot breakfast was very extensive. Coffee and water were available throughout the day. The room was bigger than I expected..

We were in room 102, next to the stairs. It was rather loud. The person in the room above is was having footed and kept walking across the room, it literally shook our room every time. I would definitely stay here again but might request 2nd floor for quiet.

We found the entire time a joy. We were greeted with a very friendly desk clerk who explained what we should expect during our stay and the breakfast hours. She offered any fruit or candy was free for the taking and the coffee was available 24/7 The room was clean well decorated and the bed was so comfortable. Check in and check out was so well handled. We look forward to staying again next spring when we return back north. Thank you

We enjoyed our stay, 2nd time in 2 weeks we were there. This time we chose 2nd floor room with only one queen bed. The room was small but well laid out with small night stands on both sides. The room was quieter than the room we had on the first floor next to the stairs.

Everything was very nice. The breakfast room was a little more crowded in the morning but there was a large group of people who ate early and then headed out. The staff replenished all the food so it wasn't an issue.

It's kind of annoying to me that the rooms aren't completely ready. I don't know if they're trying to be fancy or still stuck in the covid days, but when I get in the room after driving and really need to use the restroom, the last thing I want to have to do is dump out of little bag toiletries looking for soap and having to sort through a plastic bag looking for a hand towel. I really don't understand why the towels are not pre hung and the toiletries sitting on the bathroom counter.
