The convenient location is close to gas stations and restaurants. My kids loved the pool. The hotel was very clean. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Five-star treatment goes to Sherry. She goes above and beyond her job title. She helped me find budget friendly things to do in the area with the kids. The breakfast was so delicious every day there's something different options. They have a coffee bar available 24 hrs. They don't have a vending machine, but they have a little shop at the front desk available for purchase 24 hours. This was the best stay and experience I have had in a hotel in 20 years. I'm definitely coming back. They have a fitness center and pool. My kids used all 4 days there. Did I mention the late check out at noon. I got to sleep a little longer before my long drive home.

If I have to say something, the pillows are too soft for my liking

The people were friendly and helpful. it was fairly quiet. Good breakfast but need to add bacon into the rotation.

The general maintenance and cleaning of the facility and room cleaning needs improvement. The screens on the windows in our room were torn in several places and the plexiglass they put over the windows needed cleaning. We were there five days and after three days they exchanged our towels and emptied the trash. They needed to vacuum and also refill the coffee which was gone after day one so I just went downstairs to get coffee. The elevator was very dirty. The floor needed mopping and the wall’s needed to be wiped down.

I liked how the staff were very nice and friendly. The property was very clean, they had free wifi, and included free breakfast with alternate places to eat not far from the property. In addition, the prices were very affordable for all things offered at the property

The only complaint I had with the property was the room service. Room service never cleaned the room. The only thing room service did was take the dirty towels and exchange them for new ones. The only other thing I can think of is that there wasn’t much to do on the property besides use the pool or the gym, but for the purpose of my stay it was just to go to places near the property

This is one of the best hotels Ive stayed at. IDK if its just that location or not, but everything was good. Everyone friendly and nice, greets you like you belong there. I extended by stay twice.

There was only one thing was the ventilation in the rooms. The windows were closed and covered with storm windows so the room was warm enough but no air. The bathroom did not have an fan so air didn't circulate. I left my door open at times just to get air in, and saw others do the same. The trick is to have housekeeping come in as they prop open the door, spray and that helps. I normally don't need it much but asked for that purpose so my room wouldn't smell like burnt mac and cheese and farts. Also due to the hotel allowing pets there are floors not carpets in the room. I didn't mind but that is something to consider.

Outstanding Hot Breakfast and tons of other options too 630 to 930 weekdays. Beer, snacks and food for sale in hotel canteen was very convenient. Amazing location near major highways and tons of restaurants within 3 mile radius. I always request room not facing the highway and noise level is much better. The front desk ladies are phenomenal and there is 24 hour front desk assistance and HOT coffee. The rooms are spacious, comfy, and well equipped with nice beds and bathrooms.

Road noise was really my only negative experience the 1 out of 5 times I stayed in the past year. The hotel has always re-assigned a different room upon check in if you simply ask upon arrival. So, except for the 1 time they didnt have anything else available, I found the noise to be quite obnoxious from the highway.

Comfortable room and convenient location

I was offended by the hotel policy of charging my credit card $50 as a damage deposit, as if they expected my 89-year-old wife & me to be some kind of scofflaws. THAT CHARGE STILL HAS NOT BEEN REMOVED FROM MY CREDIT CARD AS PROMISED!

Breakfast was great. My only wish was that they would add some yogurt that wasn't "Light." Otherwise we appreciated the waffles, eggs, sausage, etc. that were offered. I also liked the variety of teas that were available, for those that don't drink coffee.

It was a little noisy in the third floor corridor, the first night of our stay (Thursday), with excited kids (likely pre-teens) running and laughing as they passed our door. But the commotion was brief and perhaps to be expected in a place frequented by families. Staff might want to reinforce with parents that quiet time after 10:00 p.m. would be appreciated by other guests.

I was very impressed with the staff. Amanda went above and beyond the call of her duties, by finding that my car belonged to me when she noticed that it had a flat tire. I got in late, and needed to wake up early and get to my convention. It would have been a terrible trip had I woke up to a flat tire. Amanda took the time to ascertain who this vehicle belonged to was extremely appreciated, and important. I don't believe it is the responsibility of the staff to do this, but hiring good people who want to ensure the comfort of their guests is. Thank you Amanda, and Thank you Country Inn!!

Room was clean and updated. Fairly close enough to Hersheypark and close to Messiah University which was a final destination. Room rate was very good and the breakfast was perfect. A few hot items to choose from, make your own waffles, cereals cold & hot. breads, and pastries. Coffee / tea bar always open. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

I didn’t realize that our room faced the highway that ran behind the building. could hear the cars and trucks all night long. next time will be sure to ask for a room in the front of the building which was very quiet. Mattress was a little too soft for me.

Clean floors in the room. I don’t like carpeting as it worsens my allergies. Very nice staff and polite. Very helpful and kind to my new puppy in training for support dog.

The breakfast area is too small And not enough seating. It was packed and think it should have been a bit larger. No room to her past the buffet without bumping into someone. The food was hit and very good.
