Property was large and clean.

The first night the lobby was extremely loud. We were close to the lobby and guests were allowed to scream and cuss and be very loud until after midnight. Also, my husband was told he would get a discount for his employment. The person who checked us in said he couldn’t because we pre booked on booking.com. we over paid for 3 days by over $90. Then he charged us an extra $60 for a pet fee, which he could have waived due to us overpaying. We booked a fourth day at $90, that could have been waived since we over paid by $90. they made no attempt to honor the discount for us because they already had our money. they didn’t work with us at all. that was a true disappointment.

Great Location! Staff was AMAZING!

They have kitchenettes in the rooms but don’t have the cooking supplies available without needing to buy in the market place. They also don’t have an ice machine, but have ice machines in the rooms.

The hotel had no breakfast available but there were restaurants nearby. I would stay here again. It was a very nice clean room with helpful staff at the front desk. The only problem was that we were near the front desk and it was noisy at times.

Room location. Next time we will ask for a room away from the front desk.

Location was perfect for me. I enjoyed the room setup and felt the heating/cooling unit was the best I've seen in any hotel. It allowed me to keep the fan on (dulls the outside noise) without effecting my set temp. Bed was comfortable and accommodations for my dog was also very much appreciated. I will stay here again.

We use this hotel every time we are in the area. We really like it and they always address a problem if/when it arises. Good location. Lots of places to shop and eat. Friendly and helpful staff. Dog friendly.

We stayed in room 301. Upon entering the room there was a very unpleasant odor. I called down to have the room changed and unfortunately there were no other rooms available. The gentleman working the front desk did try to eliminate the problem however just using deodorizer didn’t help much. Also the door lock didn’t work from the inside and the bathtub faucet was coming out of the wall. We did address the issue with the manager and was told it would be fixed ( after we left). Also, there are never any handicap spaces to park and the vehicles that are parked in them do not have a handicap sticker. I think that needs to be addressed.

I liked almost everything.

I wish that the tub was bigger and I wish that the cleaning staff would not have bothered us when we still had 40 minutes left in our stay.

Lots of stores and places to eat. The staff was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. Aside from a few minor outside issues it was a great stay!!

The outside of the property could use some TLC. The shrubs and trees are very overgrown and sticking out into the walkway ( trip hazard). There was also someone parked in a handicap space with no handicap tag and I had to park far away and walk. Sidewalk is also uneven another tripping hazard.

The place was big enough and relatively new, well appointed, the bed and pillows were very comfortable, fridge stove and microwave were all good. The sheets were clean and the A/C worked. The property, in general, was in decent condition.

The first problem was the room smelled like smoke that had been attempted to be cleaned. So it had that lingering ozone smoke treatment odor. This is largely because of the current clientele being the local construction workers staying there full-time. The hotel has to charge and enforce the smoking fine every time or it will continue to happen. The second problem was there was dust in the corners and on the less-often cleaned surfaces like the lamp, clock, end table, phone, etc. The third problem was the USB power plugs did not work, which normally isn’t a big problem but we did not have a wall adapter so we could not charge our phones. Most modern hotels have this standard so when it doesn’t work, it becomes a small deficiency.

Pet friendly. Nice set up in room with a kitchenette. Good location with a lot of stores and places to eat around.

No one brought clean towels or linens. There were no utilities as far as plastic wear or anything to cook with such as pots and pans. The room wasn’t as clean as I expected it to be. Found a pen and Bobby pin on the floor. Also under the bed was empty pop bottles. Makes me wonder if the sweeper was even run or the room was cleaned THOROUGHLY!!
