Best Western PLUS Revere Inn & Suites

The greeting when we arrived was warm and friendly. We were made to feel very welcome. The room was spacious, clean and the beds were very comfortable. I forgot my phone charger and when I went out to the front desk, the rep was able to lend me a charger they had for the entire day. It was very accommodating and saved me the cost of having to run out and buy a new charger. Most of the staff was friendly, professional and always met us with a smile!

The breakfast was tasty, but would have loved to have maybe one or two more selections. But, truly, it was an adequate meal. I would have loved maybe some cookies in the evening along with the 24 hour tea/coffee/hot chocolate. That would be a nice touch. We had a first floor room, which was nice, until one evening during our stay, where there were children running through the halls screaming until around 11 p.m. As a mother myself, I understand that children can be noisy, but we just thought it was a little much for that time of the evening and something should have been done to quiet things down.

Breakfast: Friday food was not up to standards (1 ex: pre-cooked sausage dry and overcooked), Sat and Sun was outstanding, food reheated well and area was kept spotless. Two rooms are ALWAYS better than one!!!.. ALL STAFF very friendly and helpful.

No light over kitchen sink - a low cost battery powered light would do the trick. Hotel unable to give me credit on Best Western because I booked with "Booking.Com" seems like an unnecessary extra step to force me to call HQ to get credit for a 3 night stay.

Hospitality, very clean room, great staff and environment. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and had high standards. Great staff and was very friendly and was quick on stocking the breakfast food.

Needed a microwave in the room and the room was musky smell to it. Need to air out the room next time or find a way to keep the room smell fresh next time.

Staff was very nice, some much more friendly then others but overall any contact with staff was positive. The hotel is very clean the staff does a fantastic job keeping the rooms clean as well as common areas. Rooms are spacious.

The only thing I did not care for were the pillows and bed. I’ve slept on much better, but I’ve slept on worse.

The motel is very clean, a little dated but clean. That had a very good breakfast, with some hot choices like scrambled eggs and bacon. We enjoyed the outdoor pool and the indoor pool and hot tub. Because of a shortage in staff they don’t come into your room, but they provide everything you need, clean towels etc. This was our 3rd stay at the Best Western Revere.

The place could use some updating, but it’s kept very clean

Staff is friendly and accommodating. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Deluxe continental breakfast has hot and cold breakfast foods with nice dining area inside and out. Ate at Revere Tavern right on premises and saw two shows at theater right on premises. Would definitely recommend staying here, as this was our 2nd stay and was just as satisfied as our first stay.

No complaints at all

My room was a good size and more spacious than I thought it would be. It was nice to have a whirlpool bathtub. Always nice to be able to grab some breakfast. Everything was clean and all of the staff were friendly.

Everything about this stay was nice. It is a nice, quiet hotel with some good places to eat nearby. The spacious room was an added bonus.

Breakfast was good, nothing exceptional but good.

The outside pool needs to be cleaned, badly. I skimmed it the day I was there, but that’s not my job, I just couldn’t go in it with all the bugs. The sides needed to be brushed and bottom vacuumed.

The lady at the front desk immediately charged the battery for the pool for my son. They were very quick with looking at the phone and the toilet. Breakfast was very good. Very quiet.

The stool t the pool was only for people who can stand and not for my son who is absolutely unaible to stand. Also the bath is not a good solution for some who can't stand on his feet.

Breakfast was really good, nice selection of foods, and was maintained all morning. Location was near where we wanted to be. Will stay again.

Very minor, but toilet paper dispenser was to the back of the toilet, very inconvenient. We took the roll off.
