Sleep Inn & Suites Ronks

The breakfast beyond met our expectations! We were expecting coffee and bagels. There was oatmeal.,sausage,,yogurt,fruit.even a waffle maker!

During the day,the guy that basically did it all...check in,,the breakfast part,etc. Was wonderful.Once it was change of shift ,,we had to try to help someone who was trying to checkin. There wasn't anyone else around. Maybe having a bell to ring or something to get the staffs attention?

We travel each year to the area to go to Sight & Sound and to sightsee the area and like to stay at Sleep Inn and Suites on Lincoln Highway. It is very comfortable and clean and quet and not that far from Sight & Sound and other spots to visit.

Electrical outlet in bathroom had to be reset multiple times and no counter at bathroom mirror for my wife to use in the room we were in. It may have been this particular room. Did not have this problem any other time we have stayed in this facility.

The location is out of the real busy part of the Ronks. The back side of the hotel is real quit. The breakfeast is great. the employees are very friendly.

They would not let me pay cash for the night. The hotel got to have a little more attention on cleaning. The place is starting to look a little run down, because the room wall need to be cleaned and refreshed.

Really liked the location. It was close to all the places we needed/wanted to go for the weekend. The rooms were pretty clean and we really enjoyed our complimentary breakfast. We liked that they were able to put our rooms closer together and even have an adjoining room.

Checking-in was a bit lengthy. They said that since I booked with booking, they had to charge/swipe my card for each room (x4). So we were at check in for a bit of time. Although we enjoyed our breakfast, the variety of hot food could've been better but all in all not bad at all. The elevator needs a bit of updating...has a bit of a weird smell.

The location was great. Right near a cornfield and beautiful farmland setting. There were businesses we could walk to and also a gazebo for relaxing. The room was clean and appeared to have been remodeled recently. It was very convenient to taking a less traveled route over to Sight and Sound theater which was the reason for our trip. Really liked this hotel and will do it again . Also, the hotel manager was very friendly and we had some good conversations.

Due to Covid we were unable to have breakfast. Only coffee,hot drinks and juice were available.I don't blame the hotel for this. It is pretty much universal. One plus out of this is that we discovered Dienners Country Restaurant a couple doors down. The breakfast was awesome there both days and we went back with some friends and enjoyed the dinner buffet also. We loved it's atmosphere and kind service. Other than the breakfast thing which turned out fine for us, we don't have any complaints . I really think that we often make or break our own experiences. If we try to be friendly and kind we end up getting the same kind of treatment from others.

the room was nice but i wish the property has a little more to offer for the price. the hotel was so close to so many fun and exciting things. outlets, restaurants, Amish tours, gas stations, so many things. will be looking to stay again.

not alot to do at the hotel itself bed spreads were not up to par and were requested to be changed. they did however drop everything and change them as soon as we asked. kind of hard getting in and out of the hotel parking lot as it is right off the route 30 highway.

The room was clean and spacious. The breakfast food quality was good for a free breakfast. It included make-your-own waffles as well as pre-made scrambled egg patties and sausage links.

The room (120) was too close to the breakfast area so that we were awakened at 630 am by the sounds of the staff preparing the breakfast. The view from the room window was of a white fence.

This was conveniently located to Sight and Sound Theater. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable. They accommodated our request for two rooms close together. Good value for the price.

Hallway had a slightly funky smell, but not overwhelming, and not in our room.

The gentleman who checked us in wasn't very friendly. Had to ask for wifi pass and where the pool was. I feel that should have been told to us. He only told us breakfast hours and check out. The rest of the staff was very friendly

Everything was perfect. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were great. The bathroom was spacious too. There was a hair dryer. It also had an indoor pool, which we didn't use. Breakfast was included. They had waffles, bagels, pastries, cereal, and yogurt. I would recommend this hotel.

I made a reservation for 2 rooms. They gave me one room on the 1st floor and one room on the 2nd floor. Meanwhile, my room on the 2nd floor had a connecting room with an entrance door to mine.Not a big deal, but it would have been nice being next to my son.
