Heritage Hills Golf Resort & Conference Center

This property is really nice, my son and I stayed while he went to camp in downtown York for a week, I took advantage of the golf course and driving range at this property. The hotel is good, the view from our 5th floor room facing the course was great! The golf course is really nice and well kept. The views from the course are amazing! The range is good, and has lights so you can practice until 10pm if you want. The best part about everything is the Avenue restaurant and bar. It has the most beautiful setting overlooking the golf course. I could spend hours just staring off into the distance. Staff is friendly and accommodating. This place is definitely a happening place in York….I’m not used to seeing this type of activity at a golf course restaurant…..great experience.

There is a lively and busy pub on site, and the food is good. The outdoor patio at the pub is awesome, with an outdoor bar, fireplace, and raised/submerged seating areas. Kitchen closed at 10pm. They had live music on Saturday night. None of the sound carried to the room. They have a cooked, hot breakfast buffet in the pub. The beds and pillows are very nice.

The parking for the hotel fills up quickly and its on a hillside, so the overflow parking is the pub and golf course which is complicated to get back to the lobby and guest room levels. The toilets are not elongated bowls. There's no USB outlets for charging in the rooms. Its 90s chic.

My original room had a water leak in the bathroom tub faucet. I went to front desk n reported it to the person at counter because I didn't want it to be charge to me if it was damaged I'm anyway n that's why it was leaking. I was told by staff they would send maintenance up to look at it for me.and the constant dripping was very irritating as well. After hour passed by I went back to the desk because I was out of my room n when I came back the tub was still dripping. There was someone new at counter, the gentleman who I originally told must not have done his job by reporting it because no one ever came.to my room to fix it. I went back down to front desk and asked if it possible to switch rooms since no one had came to fix the leak yet. The dripping noise was so irritating to me n it's was loud. And I also thought I paid money to have a room without issues. The girl at the front desk was very kind n friendly n super fast at helping me switch rooms out.

I still haven't received my deposit back yet of $25. It's been almost month

I love the convenience of the location to where I need to be when I’m in town. I appreciate how quiet it is and how wonderful the staff is. The grounds are well taken care of and it is overall a very clean place.

It would be nice for some amenities to be more up to date. It would be nice if the television was a smart tv, and the two times I’ve stayed the bed linens were t the cleanest. Some parts of the room could be cleaned a bit better, but for the most part it’s an amazing place for the value.

The room was quiet (except for the air conditioning was noisy) and comfortable. Kind of odd that in 2 days, I did not see any maids cleaning rooms while I was in and out. The view of the golf course was very picturesque.

The hotel has no breakfast of room service. So, they should make a list of near-by places for breakfast. Very few amenities, no pool, etc. So not a great place for kids. But there is a mini-golf next door.

Comfortable and clean, quiet

We’re from out of town, passing through on the way home. The young lady at the front desk was polite and courteous but I had to ask about the wifi and if there’s a restaurant. On the other hand when I called the front desk in the morning to ask where breakfast was served, he flippantly said there’s only one restaurant behind the property and ´it’s fourteen bucks’. He was obviously annoyed.

OK conference resort. Everything was very nice, just really did not stand out. Rooms were clean and well appointed.

Downstairs bar was a bit creepy. They serve everything in plastic cups, which is a bit of pet peve. Bartenders ignore you. There are a bunch of older golfers hitting on waaay younger women. Old guys openly heckling the band. I would NOT go to the bar

I came into town to visit my son and only stayed one night. My room faced the parking lot but the golf course looked nice. The room was clean, beds were comfortable and it was quiet. I was very happy with my stay and will continue to stay here in the future. The parking is crowded, but I found a parking spot so all was good.

Everything was great. Everyone went beyond to help. Especially when we checked and then realized my husband left his phone in room and they had to deactivate the key for our room and did it with no problem and fast.

I loved everything about it 😀 Staff was great. The room was beautiful and extremely quiet relaxing and clean 😁

I was hesitant because of other reviews but had my expectations exceeded. Decent for the price.

The restaurant. The hostesses had huge attitudes and seemed like they couldn't care less about their jobs. It was outdoor seating only. The menu was subpar. People playing corn hole were shouting curses.
