I never saw any breakfast. No big deal as I wasn't interested.

I checked in a few minutes after 9. The lobby was closed so I had to talk through the window. The person who checked me in had been working in the back and seemed irritated by the interruption of checking me in. I asked for a first floor room and she mumbled something. I asked her to repeat and she continued mumbling. Told me a number of things and I did not hear or understand any of it but decided I didn't care because of her attitude. Ended up on the second floor but no huge deal. Person who checked me out the next morning was very friendly.

Location was great and awesome room, it was clean and she was friendly at the desk and breakfast was a plus.

I had asked for a ground floor as my wife has a major heart condition and has problem going up the stairs but the lady at the desk said everything was full up. When we checked outside at 9pm there were only 6 cars in the lot. She just didn't care. And that is ever so sad

Wonderful staff, very clean, very quiet. I worked from the room as a remote employee and was able to use the provided internet to connect to our VPN with no issues. Beds were very comfortable, and everything in the room worked. We are in Greenwood for a few months, and we immediately re-upped our stay.

The office chair is small for my big butt. Haha

The property was clean inside and outside of the hotel room. It was very well lit. I asked the staff if there were any rooms on the first floor available and she was able to give me the first room next to the office. she was friendly and warm welcoming. The hotel room was clean, had several towels and had a nice odor.

The toilet would not flush and got clogged up.

The location was close to family we were visiting. Neighborhood was fairly quiet and it was close to a park where we could run.

I know it's because of covid, but wished there were more hot breakfast options

The bed was the most comfortable bed I've slept in for years. Huge bathrooms.

The bathroom floors. Whatever they use to clean them leaves a very slippery film on the bathroom floor. I walk with a cane so I stay is handicap accessible rooms. My cane kept sliding out from under me trying to go to the bathroom and even my feet slid on the floor. Someone is going to fall eventually.

everything was nice and clean!!

we were disappointed in the continental breakfast!! My husband needs decaf coffee for a health issue, There wasn’t any.Also I am a diabetic . Mostly everything that was available were sweets! they did have grits, but no toast , or anything else! so we had to leave to find our breakfast.

Breakfast was just fine. The space was very clean and the staff friendly. It was a very good value. I appreciated the fact that there was a variety of things to eat, from fruit to sausage biscuits.

Nice continental breakfast. Quick, simple easy.

Lamp on Desk needs to be plugged in. I was unable to plug it in because the outlets were not available. TV, fridge and microwave used the closest available outlets.

The bathroom was big and the room had everything we needed!

the driveway is not easy to get into, the curtains were not the best at keeping closed, (not sure when they were last cleaned).
