The room/ bed was very comfortable to say!

The vending machine didn’t work. There was no trash can in the room. There also wasn’t no courtesy pen/ pad in the room. Housekeeping came around at 9 am vs coming around at 11 am when checkout is supposed to be. Drinks were only available for diamond members! I’m

The location was perfect; it was in the heart of everything like Walmart, Chick Filet, McDonald's, Shoney's just to name a few. The room size was good, and the breakfast was okay and clean.

The only things I didn't like was, if you use a third party to book but forgot we could have used our AARP or our VA discount; your agent advised at the hotel they could not apply any discounts because of third party booking.

Location was very accessible off I-95, plenty of parking. Staff was very friendly with quick check in. There are many nearby selections for eating or takeout food. Didn't try the in house restaurant as it was late and about to close. Beds and room were clean and comfortable. Was nice to see a full HOT breakfast, as many are going with a slimmed down continental variety.

The only negative was when placing reservation online I asked for first for accommodation but after check in I was assigned a third floor room. Not really a deal breaker as the elevators were quick and never a long wait. Other than that the only other negative was one broken bedside wall light. Again, nothing I would consider too critical to alter 5 stars.

Amazing Staff! Always a pleasure when dealing with kind and helpful hotel employees! Very pleasant experience! Excellent location with nearby stores, restaurants. Excellent place to stop for the night when traveling on interstate 95 up and down the east coast!

Everything was great!

The breakfast was great. The staff was very attentive The location was prefect for my visit Lisa and Dustin were Wonderful Representatives for the Hilton Chain When ever I come back to Santee I will stay there

I know water is available You may want to have comp bottles n room

The room was nice and the beds were very comfortable.

The carpet had a big stain on it and the bathroom floor could have been mopped a little better. Overall I enjoyed my stay and I will return again.

It was okay the location was great

Some of the staff was not good, they did not take the time to do what I asked.

The location is excellent! There’s a variety of familiar restaurants near the hotel. Some are within walking distances. Social distancing was observed. My room was in a great location.

I understand too well how much people love their dogs. I grew up with dogs as pets as well as an adult. I suffers with allergies now and I was not aware that they were allowed to stay at Hampton Inn Hotels because this was my first time seen one at the Hampton Inn. I was told that it was a service dog which I completely understand. I just wish there were designed rooms on each floor for guests with dogs.

We enjoyed the pool and the location of the hotel.

The “no skid” on the shower floor in room 329 has worn off and is dangerously slippery. The wallpaper in the bathroom is pealing away from the wall in several places, but the room appeared to be clean - just dated.

Both the room and the bathroom weee very spacious. The wifi was so good, I could actually work while here. The staff was very friendly, even down to the housekeeping.

It was a bit pricey for one night but that’s to be expected for a major brand during the summer.
