We visited for my son's 5th birthday vacation. It was a very good experience. We really enjoyed being able to park in the garage and to leave our car there for our entire stay. Most of everything we needed was in walking distance. While it was cold, we loved being close to the boardwalk and the beach. The people were very nice.

Our room was small, but cozy. We were also looking for room service to come change our towels and trash and we ended up having to ask for it. The water pressure for the shower was also very light.

I really liked the location. The hotel was very secure.

In the garage 80-90% of the lights didn't work so it was very dark even during the day. As a single mom to me this is a dangerous and scary situation.

My room was upgraded and it was beautiful looking. Full kitchen dinning table with 6 chairs livingroom area was great balcony with chairs the room was great looking . Oh also a washer and dryer in room.

I didn't like there was a closet with heating and cooling furnace and it ran all day . It was very loud . The noise was annoying . The only time it didn't make sound was when no air was on and we needed air . So the room looked beautiful but the noise made it uncomfortable and it next to bedroom. Getting to sleep was uncomfortable. Had to have tv loud . I would stay here again if I'm able to go in and see room.

Close to the beach. Access to stores and restaurants. Plenty to do.

We loved the location. The hotel was very clean, quiet and the staff was great. We would highly recommend.

We had a few people in the group complaining about not being able toto regulate the heat. But its like everything else in life, you're not going to satisfy everyone.

the location was excellent. you are right off the board walk which leads to a lot of restaurants. your not to far from the sky wheel as well.

I didn’t find anything bad to say about my stay. for the money I paid i can’t complain.

Not a lot of stuff for the little kids to do. Pool area was too crowded

It was right on the beach and in the heart of myrtle beach itself. There were many eateries and stores/boardwalk near the location. Had a pool and hotub which was a plus. The staff were very nice and greeted us everytime they saw us. We had some issues with check in when we got there but the represenative was really nice and helped us out. The room was decent. The bathroom looked very elagant and the price for the value was great!!

We didnt get an ocean view even tho thats what we paid for. The ac in the room was leaking water. Housekeeping never showed up to refresh our bed or bathroom essentials. The pools definitly could be bigger as it can get croweded. For this being a more higher end resort it should have integrated parking and not have to go 2 blocks over to park. Valet would be very helpful for alot of guests from what i heard.
