I like the family attraction and being able to enjoy the inside as well as the oceanfront at the same time.

There could be a little more inside game attractions for family that won't a break from water activity for Example there were 2 pool tables and there were certain people taking up the pool tables and not giving all the families a chance to play the pool Tables and being rude.. So I would say having some kind of signed up letting individuals know that maybe after 2 games giving someone else an opportunity to play.

Loved everything! The amenities and water park were amazing. Loved having the extra games and activities for the kids. The Starbucks and restaurant there made it even more enjoyable. Location was excellent too!

The beds were very uncomfortable. Unfortunately we left a night early because we couldn't bare to sleep in the bed another night😞

Water park, pools, and beach set up are perfect for families with young children. The kids were thoroughly worn-out by dinner time each day. We will be back for future family trips. Highly recommend for families with toddlers, etc.

Eating options in walking distance are limited to the 2 restaurants within the hotel. Decent for lunch or a casual dinner but expensive for the type of food offered. Watch out for the concierge, they don't work for the resort and will offer you discounts on activities in exchange for attending time share meetings.

I think the hotel was really nice, very clean & the staff was friendly & professional however the valet services were good in the beginning until I realized items were missing from my vehicle I think that it sucks that they can take items from your vehicle freely knowing that the hotel will not even question them or compensate you for your missing items therefore you're just out of luck ☹️ that definitely put a damper on the trip for me but I guess I used the service at my own risk but NEVERRRRRR EVERRRR AGAIN!

The slides, and the pool area were nice. Some of the hotel staff were pretty nice.

I didn't like that the first night we got there, our room was dirty. Black mold was on the shower curtains. Floor was disgusting, microwave wasn't clean, and the room stunk, our bed even had stains on it. I also didn't like that at the restaurant area you had to stay and eat buffet instead of taking a order of food to the room. The site made it seem like it was an original restaurant to order food. And it wasn't. Also, we were gonna have our sons birthday party there and we were told we could then when the day came, the hotel staff was being completely hateful about it.

Waterpark and location were great

Beds were hard resturant was overpriced and I got a bad rash from being in the pool

You guys need to get more careful insect company looks like they need to do better was a big cucaracha 🪳 in the bathroom all that and that it was lovely place

The hotel pics we seen when booking do not do this property justice. I walked in the hotel room and almost cried because all you see is ocean out of the sliding glass door. The view was amazing!! The pools and waterparks were clean as was our room and entire facility . The breakfast buffet offered a variety of foods. Hot bar with meats and potatoes, biscuit and gravy and other things. Also had fruit, cereal and bagels, ect. There was a cost which I feel should be adjusted a little bit. If not free, maybe kids should be free. And I feel there shouldn't be a charge for drinks and it should be included in the price. Unless you're getting a mimosa.

Perfect view of the Ocean-quick easy walk from room/hotel to the beach- daily activities planned by hotel for the kids-access to both hotels/buildings and all waterparks/pools restaurants gym etc

Bed/pillows/couch bed were not that comfortable- didn’t care for the “welcome package” at check in that sent you to “concierge” w no explanation of what it was. They tell you to pick/plan an event/excursion/dinner etc “on them” just for staying at the dunes then depending on which person you talk to depends on how much “tax” they do or don’t charge you to go and then when you go to pick up your tickets they tell you that you have to drive 30 min away to boardwalk and sit through presentation for 2 hours to get the tickets.

Indoor water park.

The pool chemicals need to be checked throughout the day. The water looked milky and you couldn’t see the bottom of the pool.
