The bed room was not vacuumed the comforter needed to be washed and I don’t know who stayed above us but they were loud all day and late at night like past 12am like they were moving furniture around till 2am wasn’t able to get in touch with the front office.

Walls could have been washed and the carpet could have been vacuumed and comforter could have been cleaned, no extra toilet paper or dish detergent to wash dishes, the fact you could not get in touch with someone after hours of you are having a problem.

It was clean and spacious. The elevator made it easy to get to the third floor. The pool was very nice.

We lost power during our stay. One of the dressers nobs was broken when I got there.

Location was close to all the attractions we wanted to visit, condo was very clean with plenty of dishes and kitchen utensils. Kids enjoyed the outdoor pool.

We were never able to connect to the WiFi, even after a visit from maintenance. Only one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for a three night stay, and no extra garbage bags in the kitchen or bathrooms. Which wasn't a huge deal, just wish we had known to bring extra of our own. Grounds security arrived within five minutes every time we went to the pool, to require that we show our key fob, but let a group of guests throw lawn chairs and rocks in and around the pool for nearly forty five minutes without intervention.

The establishment was clean. Loved the outdoor setting.

We had a party of 6 when I booked on the site it showed were 2 rooms had 2 beds in them. So I called to see get the beds apart, so the guy stated you can't do that yourself. But unfortunately the maintenance guy David was super nice came but only to discover that they couldn't be apart only the box spring was apart but not the mattress. So we just dealt with it. The furniture needs to be steam cleaned. We had to call for a broom. We was told by front that we didn't have to wear the pool bracelet but unfortunately a Karen had a fit so we went and got the bracelet and the security guard was not the friendliness either. But other than yet we had a great stay.

Its close to things to do and we've stayed before so I like the pools and indoor pools n grills. I also liked the fact we were right by the pool so I could watch the kids from the balcony when I had to work online.

We've stayed before but booked thru air bnb. This time went thru booking and the unit wasn't like b4. Even though they came and fixed things wrong, the bed was uncomfortable, the pull out was very uncomfortable and no blow dryer!! Unit could use a lil work on it for the price you pay it should be comfortable and appealing to the eye. Also nothin was lft to tell about wifi, pool passes, or just info. Like I said we stayed b4 and the host made sure we had everything when we arrived. This time I wasn't to pleased w the unit and also the rude security guard who made my kids get out the pool n followed them to see where they were going bc of a wristband. But its a nice place, its quiet, and I hope when returning things are better.

I love love love the location!!! It's so peaceful and relaxing here. It's close to your local grocery stores and restaurants and also not far from the beach 🏖️. Definitely plan on staying here again!

Found an old washcloth in the shower that belonged to someone else before we got there. The passcode to my door randomly locked me out one morning, but emergency maintenance was able to help me quickly over the phone. It sucks that there's no one on call during the night or in the morning until an hour before check out time. If you need anything from them you better get it before they leave for the day!

I like how clean, and quiet the neighborhood was.

I didn’t like that motorcycles weren’t allowed but then I seen motorcycles parked in the parking lot. They also said golf carts weren’t suppose to be there on the paper they gave us but they were also parked everywhere. I didn’t like how this place is owned by 3 owners and they all have different rules. But they were nice enough and moved us to a actual house which was really nice and we really enjoyed it

Property was very clean. We had booked a 2 bedroom, but given a 3 bedroom which was better for us.

We had to drive an additional 7 miles from check in to get to our condo. It was on the 3rd floor with no elevators. Since we checked in on a holiday, we were to go to the office the next day to complete our check in, but the office was closed with no information indicating what they wanted others to do. There were 3 others at that location looking to check in. When I called the number they had given us the day before, the staff that answered acted clueless and sent us another 6 miles down the road to another office to complete check in.

Although I was travelling alone only 2 BR villas were available during the time of my stay. I enjoyed having that extra space. Although I didn't use any of them, having all the utensils, cookware, etc in the kitchen was a real nice touch. Not to mention all the other amenities provided. The Desk Clerk was very pleasant and did her best to honor my requests. For instance trying to get me in accommodations near relatives who were also staying at the location. I would definitely consider staying if and when in the area again.

The only thing I didn't like was the 3rd floor accommodations. No fault of the facility. Due to COPD I get winded very easily and climbing 3 flights of stairs made for some difficulties. I assumed a lot of ground floor accommodations were possibly permanent residents.

The original check out date was July 18th. As we arrived to check out on the 18th the front desk attendant said the site had our reservations from the 16th-20th. So there I asked was there any other fees that I had to pay for as staying the extra days and she said no everything was paid in full. So the morning of the 19th my daughters card was charged an extra 279.00 so we went to the front desk to see why her card was charged the extra fees and we went ahead and checked out. He only refunded 144.00 and I don’t think that fair because the total amount that they charged was 279 plus the amount for the stay from the 16th - 18th. It was the front desk fault and my daughter is the one having to pay for someone else’s mistake.
