The Location Was ok.people were sitting outside just hanging out when I arrived

The location met my needs. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. The tv worked and so did the hvac unit.

The door to the room was not very secure. The lock and deadbolt worked but the door jamb was deteriorated so closure was loose and insecure.

Our room was the “freshly remodeled” room. The floors were so disgusting they made our feet black after having shoes off for a few minutes. There was no towels. There was dead cockroaches everywhere, and some alive ones. The mini fridge also didn’t work. The sheets had cigarette burns in them. The sheets didn’t look that clean either. A pillow even didn’t have a pillow case in it. The pillow looked dingy. It was dirty enough I started checking sheets and the bed for possible bed bugs and inspected everyone when we woke up for bites. So far there’s no sign. Also, the free breakfast was just coffee. This hotel should be around $50, not anything more. I’ve stayed in cheaper hotels that were better quality.

The gentelman working the desk was top notch, beyond friendly and professional and was aware of the conditions and stated they were renovating for improvement. There was new flooring down which looks nice but rest of the room was a mess.

Room was dirty, microwave broken, phone jack was ripped from wall phone line was cut, no toilet paper until I called office loud music most of night from neighboring rooms 7 cars out front with loud music

Everyday I stayed somebody was knocking on my door way before 11 and they trying to tell me who and who i can't have n my room and I feel that a private matter

The pool was black water. The microwave didn’t work. Not friendly. Nosey people. Just over all a horrible stay. My family will never be staying here again. When I checked them in they afire about how many people were in my car. Even tho only 2 people were staying. The popcorn ceiling was falling apart.
