Breakfast was good variety.

Breakfast hours posted in Guest Services book in room state 6:00-9:30 am weekdays, but 1 of the 5 days we were there, we went to breakfast at 9:05 and food was bare. Then we noticed 9:30 had been taped over with 9:00 on a small sign in dining area. Disappointing! Need to update Guest Services books in room. Guest Services book also states checkout is 12 pm. Was called ~ 11:30 on final day reminding us checkout was 11:00. Told him website and Guest Services book indicated checkout is 12 noon. He responded in an almost threatening voice, "I will give you until 12:00."

Housekeeping staff was really helpful. Afternoon, evening and overnight desk workers were absolutely wonderful. The evening lady on the 4th was really amazing and deserves a raise. Breakfast was actually really good for hotel food and the selection was nice. Beautiful campus. Rooms were a pleasant surprise. Pool area was nice. It was our wedding weekend and our family and friends that stayed for awhile to visit were treated very well. The evening lady I mentioned even helped clean up after they had all left.(very impressed) Even my grandbabies and granddog were happy there. We had 2 rooms in total and both were good. We would definitely stay there again.

The morning lady(who possibly may have been having an off weekend) wasn't as nice as her coworkers. And if your on the 3rd floor on the south end. Be prepared to walk a lot to get around. The elevator location wasn't thought out very well. My wife and I are both disabled and it did bring difficulty to both of us since we were in and out prepping for our wedding and visiting with guests.

Very friendly and helpful staff and very clean just like others describe. I just don't like TVs everywhere at breakfast or the sun in my face from the huge east facing windows.

Every other hotel I have ever stayed in in my life used an unscented laundry detergent. I am allergic to synthetic fragrances. Both my skin and my sinuses react. The detergent used on the bedding fortunately did not affect my skin but the scent was so strong that even with the window open THE ENTIRE TIME, I had a a pounding headache from the moment I stepped into the room, during my entire two day stay and for at least two hours after I drove away.

The room was exceptionally clean. The front desk was very accomadating since we brought out dog. The breakfast was good, but the help in the kitchen was so polite and extremely nice. She greeted you with a smile. A nice way to start the day!

The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall, so the toilet paper constantly fell of the holder.

The hotel was clean and in good condition. The room was comfortable and quiet and nicely appointed with good towels.

At check-in, the documents were confusing as to what rate was in effect and the staff was not able to explain it. The manager took it as an action item to improve but frankly, her explanation was lacking also.

Did not have breakfast. Had to leave pretty early in morning for state golf tournament at Brookings Country club.

Put on third floor vs. first floor. However, my room was very quiet. Normally people slam doors, and you can hear them coming and going the closer you are to the elevator, etc.

Excellent facility. Not far off the highway. Variety of choices for breakfast. Check-in clerk was helpful when Booking.com was coming up short from their end....took a phone call to the manager to frantically fix the problem.

Check-in took too long due to booking.com gave them an account number that was rejected. What normally takes a few minutes took 10 to 15 minutes. Hotel said this happens often with booking.com and Expedia.com. I will never use either one again.

The room was comfortable and well laid out, clean bathroom, comfortable bed. The breakfast was nicely done, good exercise room, very friendly and helpful staff.

The rooms were both clean and tasteful. There were extra heavier blankets in the closet if needed. The shower was very clean, and the water pressure was great. The beds were great.

No wifi, but that's ok. You have excellent cell service.

I think your showers should have grab handles, this is really a must for older people. I also feel your shower handles should be longer.. other than that I feel everything was excellent!!
