Had to move to another room due to toilet not flushing well after we had been in the room for a couple of hours. According to a staff worker the rooms in that section was known to have problems with toilets. Not sure why I was given the room originally if it was a known problem in the past and the hotel was not full so could have given me a different room from the check in. Staff person who helped us move to another was very pleasant about the whole thing and appreciated that.

Breakfast offered a good variety,area was kept clean and supplied well. Lobby very inviting and well decorated. Room was large and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. We arrived late in the evening so was not able to enjoy the pool but it looked very nice.

The only thing that I feel should have been done in the room we were in is to reseal around the shower and bath tub. The sealant was all black and not inviting

Great value. The rooms are a bit dated but very clean and well- appointed with fridge and microwave. I was upgraded to a room on the lower floor with an additional exterior access door, which was very welcomed/convenient for traveling with pets. I love that they are pet friendly and have no additional fees. Great hot breakfast too...Much better than most chain hotels. Would stay again without hesitation!

The room was very spacious and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The room was clean and the shower was nice with great water pressure. The ambiance of the hotel was great. The front desk person was friendly and informative. I also have to note that the toilet paper was superior- soft but not fluffy!

The pool was not clean, the water was cloudy. The breakfast was not that good with limited choices.

My family really liked this hotel, everything about it was exceptional. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The breakfast was delicious and the staff member that was tending to it was absolutely wonderful. I would absolutely bring my family here again.

The only thing I would say is the pillows are small and weird, but that is not a deterant to visit this hotel

The beds were very comfortable. The location was within walking distance of many businesses. Our grandson enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast was very good. Just bring your own real maple syrup. They were very busy and looked sold out. The price was very reasonable compared to other accommodations. We did book online and received a better deal.

The Desk Clerk was eager to help on the problems we had. The television was not working, and the desk clerk came to the room immediately to see if he could get it to work. The problem was with the cable box was not working, and it had not been reported by the previous customer. The desk clerk changed us to another room immediately no additional charge or questions, although we had already used the room for primary purposes. The location, had we been staying in town, was fantastic. Stores to shop at, restaurants with good food, gas stations nearby, and right off the highway.

The guests next door were unruly and loud to way late in the night with excessive visitors knocking on the door until late into the night. But that was not the Hotels fault.

Convenient, location is great. fair value staff has always been good. breakfast is ok. The room is good. I would stay there again when I travel that way.

fix the tile floor in the bathroom.the grout is falling apart and need repair before more damage developes. I think it's a good Motel but needs a little care taken

I love staying here. the staff are so kind. the place is clean and comfortable. the rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. the breakfast is always good. the guy that is there in the morning doing breakfast is so friendly and funny. honestly the staff make that place worth going too and staying.

the pool is small, the hot tub jets wouldn’t work.

The location was perfect for our travel needs as we had an early flight to catch. We liked the room and the swimming pool.

The aircon was set a bit low and so the room was too cold overnight. We didn't wake up enough to adjust the temperature over the night. But otherwise the room was very comfortable.
