The hotel was in a easy accessible location. It was very clean and the staff were super friendly. We arrived well before check in time, and the staff accommodated us and got us into a room as soon as possible. The staff even gave us some details about child friendly places in the Dyersburg area since we arrived early. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this hotel to anyone passing through the area.

Honestly the only thing I can think of, was the pool was overly chlorinated, but i think that is a trend with indoor pools.

We were greeted immediately by a very friendly receptionist, Miriam I believe was her name. She was genuinely warm, friendly and informative. Everyone needs a Miriam! She made sure we were taken care of. Also the sweet ladies in the breakfast the next morning were extremely friendly and helpful. Great staff!

easy access

no close parking unless your handicapped. Elevator was out of order. I booked my room several days in advanced and was given a room on the second floor. The ceiling in the bathroom needs to be painted and one of the soap dispensers in the shower was empty. For $134 dollars a nite I expect better. I wouldn’t stay there again or recommend it.

The staff at the Hotel were very nice !!!

AC unit worked but did not take humidity out of the room. So it was cold in the room but extremely muggy. I did not say anything at the front desk. So Hotel is not aware.

Rooms were immaculately clean with even plastic over the remote control. Beds were extremely comfortable. Shower products were great quality! And I loved the thermostat controlled heat!

VERY noisy neighbors. Had to call the front desk after 11 pm after 2 hours of doors slamming and loud talking in the hallway.

The cinnamon rolls were nice at breakfast. The bed was very comfortable as well. Over all my stay was satisfactory.

The coffe machine in the room did not work and there was no hot breakfast.

Rooms is securely inside the building including the pool during this pandemic I like how you have to go to the front desk to get in the pool so your not bombarded by groups of people

I liked everything except I disliked the breakfast but that's (my opinion) the quantity is great has just about everything you would want and I would recommend the sausage gravy and biscuits also the blueberry muffins but as for the rest its the texture and taste for me

Breakfast hour need to be longer. Have more than 2 towels in bathroom when you know you have more than 2 people in room.

Clean, felt safe, great breakfast. We spilled a soda on the bed and the staff made sure we got clean sheets right away.

The exhaust fan didn't work in the bathroom. The only problem I observed. And in the big scheme of life, that's minor.
