The breakfast was the most depressing thing. The gravy was like water and the biscuits were very hard. I would recommend individual pastries before what you served. The location was fine but the food and TV sucked.

If you don't have a way to actually cook the food and keep it warm without drying out and you can't find a way to fix the gravy where it can be thick and not runny then you need to do something different . My opinion you need to find some other kind of substitute. Get you a waffle maker and let people make their own waffles. Put fruit out, put Donuts or individual pastries or even protein bars. I also didn't like there was no cable TV. I despise streaming TV service.

Clean facility

Mattress was little hard,but the stay is always good,people such as staff went out of their way to make sure we were ok and comfortable..We stayed here last year too,returned this year and next year we will be back..we only stay here and that's the Durey in San Antonio

The motel was very centrally located. The hotel staff very friendly and great service. Family friendly! Loved our stay and will highly recommend as well as stay again!

The couch in the executive suite is not comfortable when pulling out into a bed. It would have been nice to have a small burner stove top so would not have to eat out as much and a bigger fridge for the exec. Suite.

We love staying at Hospitality House. We have been making trips there regularly since March of this year and we always stay here. The staff are wonderful and very friendly and accommodating. We have not had any problems at all!!

We wouldn't change a thing! It is always a great stay for us. All of our expectations are met and they always go above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and happy there. From the front desk to the housekeepers the staff is wonderful!

Everything else was Great!!!

I came a day early and they would not.give me the Same price as Booking.com daily rate and wanted to charge me 195.00 so I had to stay one night in Jackson to check in on my actual next day. I was really disappointed about that.

The staff was extremely nice..they offer free breakfast ..very tasty sausage links..the room was clean and they offer a variety of TV channels

It was exceptional for the value..nice clean rooms..the only complaint at all was uncomfortable thin pillows..but u can't beat it for the price

The location was great! Easy to access from the highway. Plenty of parking spaces close to our room. The property was very clean. The staff was absolutely amazing!

It could use some updates but the property just changed hands not to long ago. Improvements are being made, it’s just a slow process 😁

bedroom was very comfortable. access to the the bathroom and jacuzzi tub. friendly staff

it was outdated. carpet had stains and the pull out bed kept falling in.
