1st the front desk . Husband and wife I believe? Super nice welcoming helpful! Got us into our room quickly . Rooms were clean and comfortable. Housekeeping staff is also very nice and sweet. We did get stuck waiting for our Uber but the desk was very nice about letting us wait in the lobby.
To no fault of the hotel If you stay here for concerts make sure you have a ride. Drive your self or take the shuttle. UBERS AND LYFT are non existent here. But maybe there will be more as we move out of the pandemic.

I’m not hard to please if a property has the basics covered- they do. Nice pillows and sheets. TV worked well with good channel selection. AC worked great. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Towels were nice and replacements supplied when requested. Fridge didn’t work initially but was promptly replaced by management. Nice three day stay.
Room had laminated hard flooring which is fine. But it needed better cleaning. Showed up on white socks.

The owners have great customer service and welcoming atmosphere. I like that it's not too far from Sewanne and I have a daughter that goes to the University. I've traveled from Birmingham Alabama for almost 2 years coming here. I hate if it's not an available room. The rooms are always clean.

The location was very convenient and the price fair for the room. The front desk gentleman was very friendly, even though it was quite late at night when we checked in. Pet friendly, plenty of space to walk your pet.
It's very close to the highway, so there is some noise, but it wasn't horrible. A super light sleeper should probably ask to have a room on the front of the property.

The side of the building that I was put on was facing the main highway, so it was fairly noisy most of the night. Otherwise, the room was acceptable. Did appreciate the fact that the refrigerator had a small freezer in it.
