Very friendly front desk. Beds were made every day, and room cleaned up. Room and lobby very clean.

They removed all the dressers in the rooms, since we were last there 9 months ago! Confirmed by the front desk. There are no drawers in the rooms at all. None in the nightstands or the bathroom either. Nowhere to put clothes except on a small hanging rack. Not room-friendly, for someone spending a few nights there, and doesn't want to live out of their suitcase. Also, although the beds are comfortable, they are on metal platforms, that are very noisy when you move around. We've stayed 2 separate times in 2 separate rooms, and both rooms had the noisy beds.

Breakfast of eggs, bacon, biscuits, gravy, cereal, waffles, coffee was very good. Service was lovely! It was an older hotel but had many new upgrades in the hotel lobby as well as the rooms. Beds were very comfortable! The shower had great pressure!

I don't usually like having an outside entrance to our hotel room but we felt safe. There was a dead bolt. Other than that there was nothing not to like. The hotel staff were all very accommodating for any needs that we might have.

The availability of coffee is a big plus. We departed for bass tournament at 4:30 so we missed breakfast but the coffee was ready. Plenty of outlets available for charging boat batteries.

Rain gutter was blocked or something. The rain water was coming over the gutter and hitting the column base splashing the water pretty good. The outlet we were using was right in the middle of that. One plug in on that outlet was not working.

When we arrived at 5 pm, our room was not ready, due a shortage of housekeeping help. We were told it would be another 45 minutes or so. We asked for a room on the lower level, because the hotel did not have an elevator and I cannot walk up more than a few stairs. At first, the desk clerk/manager said they didn't have any downstairs rooms available. However, a few minutes later, the desk clerk/manager said he was able to move some other reservations around, and was able to give us a downstairs room, and no wait. We are so appreciative of the extra effort he went to, to accommodate our situation.

The bed, having a metal platform, was a little noisy whenever you moved.

When we drove up we weren’t sure about staying but the lobby/reception desk area was clean & nice. I asked to see the room & I was surprised how clean & nice it was & it had a mini refrigerator. We were just there to spend the night on our way to FL. It was perfect for that & the price was under $90 for the night. Easy on & off the exit. We would stay here again.

From the outside & buildings around it, it didn’t give a good first impression but the inside changed that opinion.

The location was very convenient since it was right off the highway. Since I was only staying the night I wasn't concerned with being outside of town. The staff was very friendly. I really liked that the room was clean and appreciated the walk in shower! There were two places to eat that were within walking distance, which I appreciated since I'd been driving all day.

The room could have used a paint update, especially around the door. I think for the grab and go breakfast I would have preferred something like a muffin that would have been easier to carry and eat than something hot.

For location it is a little bit lacking but over all very clean inside and out. And considering its located right off the interstate it is fairly quite.

I asked for extra bath towels and wash rags for our room bc I booked for 4 ppl and the room was only stocked on our arrival with 3 of each. They did bring us what was asked but they did not restock and additions hand towels, toilet paper or other items.

Price was great. Room was comfortable. Was able to get Handicap accessible. View was excellent. Good restaurant next door.

Room could use a little updating

Right off the interstate. Within 10 miles of the TTC facility. Room was clean and new. The beds were comfortable and sheets and linens comfortable and soft. The air and heat worked well and made our stay enjoyable.

The ice machine and vending machine areas smelled of cigarette smoke. I would ask smokers to take themselves to the back end of the property away from common areas. I would suggest putting out some fruit or yogurt for people who cannot have bread products for breakfast.

almost every thing about the hotel was great. the rooms were clean the location was quiet, three options for food, gas station right there, friendly staff.

there were a couple of things in the room that could use a small repair.
