2 people made our stay pleasant and a wonderful experience. Rodney at the front desk was a joy to interact with each and everyday during our 8 day stay. We had to extend our stay by 2 days and he worked to get us rooms so we would not have to leave and book into another hotel. The other person was Renee. Renee had the task of serving breakfast and she was extremely good at providing a good tasting, plentiful breakfast and not running out before everyone who wanted food had the same choices no matter what time they arrived. These 2 fine people went overboard to make everyone feel at home.

Cleaning Staff a bit pushy on check out day. On check out day the crew was waiting at the door to get in to clean way before checkout time and we felt rushed to get things packed and out of the room.

The property was beautiful, very clean. The staff was exceptional. Mr. Frank from the kitchen was the bomb totally enjoy his present in the morning. This hotel staff was professional. Everyone was so kind. Enjoy the conversations with everyone especially because we were from out of town. This hotel gets all stars for me. 

Hotel guests that stayed and went outside in the back to drink their beers and left a mess for the staff to have to clean up after them. When the trashcan was right there next to them it made the back of the hotel look a little messy as if hotel staff did not clean, and that was not the case

Good variety to select to select from. Well laid out in the large room. The lady in charge kept everything fresh & clean

When we arrived on 2//18 they couldn’t find our reservation that I had made & paid for on 2/3/2023. We were told the hotel was booked full & there was no room available. I asked to speak to the manager;she was not available but the desk clerk,Harshil, called her & after she returned the call & she would get it settled when she arrived. We did get a room. Harshil had been there for only a month & he did the best he could to get us settled.

Convenient location to shopping and food. Not to far from Nashville which is where we were going. The price was excellent compared to staying in downtown Nashville. Breakfast was just okay but it was a typical breakfast you would get at any other hotel. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was helpful and friendly!

I called around Noon on the day of my arrival, and the gentleman who answered the phone was so kind and helpful. I also appreciate that you let me check in early. When I entered the hotel, the young man at the desk was again very friendly and helpful. My room was wonderfully comfortable and stylish! I wish I could've stayed a few more nights!

Easy access and excellant location. Many restaurants on all four sides! Excellent breakfast selection included with room.

The $25 holding fee because I used Booking.com to book my room. They say the fee will be credited back within a week. That fee has never been charged to me, and I use Booking.com always.

Great location, friendly staff, very nice, clean room.

We had to ask for more towels, bathcloths, & toilet paper, and the refrigerator barely cooled our drinks. We had to put ice in everything just to get it cold. We stayed there once before & we had the same issue in a different room.

Very modern nice motel, not far from all the Nashville attractions, convenient location, conveniently close to Walgreens & Krogers, lots of restaurants within walking distance

I got charged $147 extra on my credit card after check out but when i called to inquire as to why they charged me, they couldnt give me an answer as to why

The breakfast was average for a free continental breakfast. The lady working the breakfast area was very nice and did an excellent job. The location was good. It was just a little hard to get in and out of the property because of traffic.

Indoor salt water pool was super fun for my kiddo, free breakfast had lots of options, right next door to plenty of restaurants and shopping, still just a short drive to Nashville city center. Super comfy bed!!!!

There wasn't anything I didnt like but I could tell I was at a budget friendly hotel by the many signs telling me I'd be charged if I didn't return the luggage carts to the front desk 😅
