The room was very clean. The check in clerk was very helpful and informative. The room was spacious and very quiet. Well supplied with towels and wash cloths.

There was no storage space provided, the clothes hanging rack was in the open, not a real big issue. Could have used maybe a hotel directory map in the room. Example would be ice machine locations and area information.

The staff was excellent, Racheal at the front dest was very polite and quick to get us checked in. The rooms were super clean and tight. The pool was nice and the foyer was huge.

The only thing that was so so was the breakfast.. mostly bread and sugar.. I did have the eggs but I do not like them cooked that way, so it might have just been my pickyness. It was a good stay overall

Breakfast was good. Room was very clean and modern. Because it was Christmas day, the facilities were closed at the hotel. Few amenities in the bath area.

Small TV screen, and no chair to sit in in the room.

Loved the shower, the shampoo ans conditioner and body wash was awesome....everything was awesome, it was extremely clean and staff was nice and friendly.....but the bed was like a rock and uncomfortable and pillows were like nothing.....I would stay there again bc they were so clean and nice but next I will.bring my own pillow.

I didn't like the breakfast....it could of been better....frozen waffles and pancakes and instead of freshly made ones. And the beds were so uncomfortable I couldn't move in the mornings.

location, gym, pool, breakfast, cleanliness of room, staff were polite and helpful only short drive to Nashville, right near great food selections, movie theater and mall

pool could be viewed by people playing pool and the lobby- a grass screen set up in that corner would be nice, pool had leaves and cigarette buts in it, the lighting in the room could be a bit brighter in the bathroom and by the door/ mirror area.

The restaurant is very nice, staff at restaurant is amazing 👏 Had a pool and a patio, felt secure because all the doors require a key card.

The receptionist was on the phone with her uncle when checking in. We were confused as to whom she was talking to. The bar staff could have been more helpful.

Location, the shower, the shampoo/cond/body wash. This is my 2nd time staying here within an 8 month period. Loved the coffee :)

Didn't like not ever having bacon at breakfast. Didn't like the sausage they provided daily. Same sausage they had 8 months before and didn't like it then either.

Great location, new property, very clean and good breakfast! What else could you want when you are driving from Dallas to Maine! We loved the fact that we could walk to the new shopping area just across the street as well. There is a new Aldi just up the highway also which was super convenient for restocking the cooler.

It was our anniversary this past weekend and I called to speak with manager, Jay. I explained to him what I wanted and he arranged for my wife to walk in our room to find flowers, chocolates and wine. He and his staff went above and beyond.

Loved the pool, great location next plenty restaurants. Clean room and friendly staff. Pet friendly.

Side door outside didn't have a handicap open button, but did like you could open the first doors to get in before having to use a key. No microwave in the room. Room was a little small but do able not for a lot of guests.
