Our room was fine. But our friends room was stuffy and kinda smelly. Her husband wasn’t impressed, but she didn’t complain. It’s an older building but I felt it was clean and kept well.

There were two broken down cars near our rooms that looked like they should be towed off. Flat tires and broken windows.

We ended up requesting an early check-in because it had been a long night with very little sleep and I was in town for work. Steph was very accommodating and had our room ready in moments after we had arrived. Cleaning staff did a wonderful job prior to our arrival even with short notice of our early check-in. The front desk staff was fantastic everyone was accommodating and made sure to tell us hello when they saw us!

There's not much to dislike but if I had to pick one thing I would say that the sides of the tub / shower are a little high so when you step over if you're not careful I bumped my shin, and stepping over to get out was a big difference between the floor of the shower and the floor of the bathroom. Other than that everything was perfect. For an older facility everything was above what you would expect for the price which offsets any negative thing I could find about the accommodations.

Nothing -everything was good, I came to Tullahoma for a friend’s funeral. Please note prior to my retirement I was a regional manager and a National Trainer so I have many years judging hotels. Please accept my congratulations on an excellent staff.

Everything was great for the most part can't really complain for the price. Staff was friendly. Location was great. For a last min emergency booking it was nice.

Trash lay on the ground and trash can wasn't emptied for 4 days That We were there. We asked for clean towels anda trash bag on day 3 but never received them.

Easy access to room straight from parking lot, easy to move suitcases from and to the car, comfortable room, friendly staff, close to commercial squares and food services

A couple cloth hangers on the rack would have been helpful but Walmart is a 5min walk away so it's always easy to sort out Lol

Absolutely loved the staff. They went above and beyond for me. I was in town for an interview from out of state and they provided so much info.

Pool was empty but that's ok I had my dog with me and he wouldn't have let me swim anyway.

Our late Check-In was easy and the convenient parking and access to our room was wonderful. The room was clean and the breakfast was great. The staff was really friendly and made us feel welcome. We were quite happy with our stay.

Everything in room was clean which was a little surprising after entering the lobby which I felt was dirty and sketchy. Staff was friendly.

My mom booked this room for me to stay during a family reunion and because she is "a local" she was asked to pay $150.00 cash for a deposit which was explained that she may get the deposit back at the time of check out. This was not explained to her/us when she booked the room on booking.com. It was a surprise when we got to the hotel. The hotel would not take a debit/credit card for the $150.00, they wanted cash which I felt was also very sketchy.

The location was great, staff was excellent. The bed & chair were extremely comfortable. The curtains were room darkening & really did work. It was amazingly quiet (for being on a major roadway). They offered bagged breakfast due to Covid restrictions- and they were pretty good as far as a bagged breakfast goes.

The bathroom vent was hanging down & didn’t work properly. My husband kept having to take the lid off the toilet to get it to stop running (it had been running for who knows how long when we walked in). Housekeeping had not properly stocked the room prior to our arrival (we had to ask for towels). At night, it is VERY DIFFICULT to see the driveway to turn in. This REALLY needs attention! White lines, reflectors, lighting- ANYTHING to help people see where they need to turn. It’s VERY DANGEROUS trying to turn in off of that major road at night when you aren’t used to the area or where the drive is. Most amenities were out due to Covid restrictions. We felt it was over priced, especially without having full use of facilities & amenities.

Really nice and helpful staff. Big room.

The thickness of the room glazing. Was a bit noisy. Fridge and air conditioning a little noisy as well.
