The breakfast was okay. I wish they had included some meat option, like sausage. It seems most people did not eat the complimentary breakfast though.

The attendant was so helpful. I had been allocated a room with 1 bed but asked for two beds. The lady promptly rectified it and gave us a new room.

The staff was very friendly. We came to town because of a family funeral and she made sure we were in the same flooor as our other family meme era and that we could get in right away so we could get ready for the funeral! That was so appreciated!!

Was not impressed with the breakfast. I’m diabetic and there was nothing there I could have so we went to restaurant next door The hotel sign was not very visible and the hotel was behind other buildings. We had to do two uturns on a very busy street to pull in!

This was a convenient location. The staff was wonderful.

A little more attention to cleanliness of floors (especially corners) and bathroom. Hair in the tub that was not mine, and bathtub faucet dripped continuously. Usually, hotels with this price point have a small fridge and microwave, as well as a full breakfast with some kind of protein.

The staff was excellent! The instant hot showers. New refrigerator. Soft quality towels.

After 2 years the elevator still needs help. Scary noises make you feel unsafe. You filled up the pool with cement! 😢😢 My grandkids and their mom and dad went to a different hotel after seeing this. It would be great if you had a hospitality room.

This was a good location for our needs while in town. The staff was responsive and helpful. Ample parking. Our only downer was for some reason housekeeping missed our room 3 out of 4 days. Maybe since it was a holiday weekend they were not fully staffed or something, but we ran out of toilet paper and had to come down to ask for towels twice. But otherwise, would highly recommend. It's an excellent value, tons of food and grocery within walking distance. There was no fridge in the room to store anything, but it was easy enough to buy food daily.

Housekeeping may need more staffing. The shower leaked continuously, it didn't disrupt our stay but it probably costs the hotel a lot on their water bill.

I love the doors to rooms are inside facility. I like the fact it is close to the carriage house as my reason for visiting here. Staff is always helpful and pleasant

The door to room was difficult to open as was not closing properly. It was a door that is like on air compression or something 🤔??? Just like never completely closed

The property was as expected for a Microtel. I would suggest that the cleaning crew should do a better job cleaning the rooms. The floor in the room was very dirty. I complained about the dirty floor and it was cleaned and mopped within 30 min.

we have stayed here before but it has been spruced up since our last visit.

the sofa in our room was very dirty and there had been a pet there which made me sneeze. we had a leak from the ceiling our 2nd night. they offered to move us but repaired the leak in short order.

Everything was great. I have recently moved to Alabama, but I have to come to Shelbyville, TN. Every 2 ir 3 weeks To see my grandson. I always like to stay with y'all, bc it's very close to his moms house & y'all are always able to accommodate me. Thank you for that.

It was clean. It was convenient to most everything.

We traveled all night. We tried to check in at 1:00. I was told I could check in at 2 but if I wanted to check in before that I had to pay $20. I felt that was ridiculous. I can see if I had asked to check in at 9:00 or 10:00. But hell it was 1:00.
