For the handicapped, be aware (1) the bed requires you to be able to just about get off the floor, and (2) the "handicapped accessible" shower has grab rails but it's a normal bathtub; I almost could not get in or out. It is not really an accessible shower if your legs don't work. if you can't lift your legs (non-disabled people have no idea what it's like to have to use your arms to hold up as well as pull legs in/out... almost impossible and downright dangerous) you will not be showering.

Entire hotel and particularly staff Crystal

Booking.com basic rate was 143 (176.25 total) when I reserved the room and somehow it changed to basic rate 209 (246.52). I didn't notice change until we arrived home. I called Marriot & they said I have to call hotel directly & speak with Mary. I've repeatedly called this hotel but the point of contact is always busy in meetings and will not return my requests to return my calls nor reply to voice messages requesting a call back either.

I stayed 3 nights and I forgot my facial cleaning wipes. They provide you 1 in your room, which was awesome. However, 1 wasn't going to be enough. I asked Jacob at the front desk if they had anymore - he couldn't find any, but said he would let me know if he did. 15 minutes later, he personally brought some up to my room. Great customer service!

The ice machine was not working on my floor- a minor inconvenience. There was also a dripping noise above my room near the bathroom area - a possible leak from the room above?

The room and the location. Everything was as expected.

Breakfast service. It was only 1 person getting orders and preparing them. It was not worth it. I would say it should be better to include a buffet with a couple of items, but not this service. One day I had to wait more than 20 minutes for the person to get my order and another 10 or so to get in on the table, and we have to consider it was not cheap.

I like the cleanliness of the hotel and the friendly staff. What I liked the most was the staff accommodating my request for a late departure.

I DID NOT like that I had to pay to park at the facility!!! That's terrible, i feel that should be free especially when paying the rates you pay at this hotel!! Also, I was very disgusted with the false advertisement. At the time of booking it states that breakfast is included. That's a false statement because it's not, you have to pay for breakfast, which is not an inclusion. I was completely flabbergasted and asked the staff member to repeat herself.

I liked that the room was big and very spacious and loved the balcony. Although the railing was a bit loose and to go out to the balcony you needed to watch your step. The slider door railing was high and you could trip or hit your toes. Honestly that’s an accident waiting to happen.

The sofa bed was horrible!! Super uncomfortable you could feel the springs no extra bedding at all.

I love staying at this hotel for convenience and location. The room in nicely sized with separate sitting area and a large TV. The bathroom is well stocked with extra towels, etc. The beds are heaven to sleep on and the room was very clean.

There is no breakfast included in the stay at this hotel. The coffee and tea available in the room was minimal. The ice machine did not work and there was no soda/snack machine.

That they charge for PARKING. My car When they started that !!!! Ridiculous……. I hope they don’t get too comfortable and start charging like it new in New Orleans .

It was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and it was so quiet. This is exactly what I needed after a long day at work and a very early morning the next day to go back to work.
