Holiday Inn Express Arlington Interstate 20 Parks Mall, an IHG Hotel

location, room was cleaned daily, beds were comfortable, breakfast was good although we only ate there 1/4 of our days there.

construction happening in the lot next to the hotel was loud, elevator was down for part of our stay, room next to us housed a very loud group, I had to call front desk one evening about bedding and the woman who answered the phone was rude and not helpful

the fact I got lock out my room and all day Saturday we had to have the front desk open our door. When we came back from the game, we were locked out and the lady at the front desk open the door. During check out I stated that to the front desk woman and she gave me 21.00 off my room!!! To me it was inconvenient having to wait til someone come open your room door for you!!

The bed was very comfy and the room was incredibly clean. I loved the toiletries in the shower and the bathroom.

We were in room 205 and the shower drain was not working well. Each time I showered the water backed up to about an inch of water. Not a huge inconvenience, but would have like to not have to stand in water to take a shower.

Clean, good location, friendly staff, comfortable beds, shower had great water pressure.

Nothing that I didn’t like, but there were some issues with the elevator. We were only on the 2nd floor so it wasn’t an inconvenience in our case and it was related before we checked out.

Excellent overall

Great breakfast. Your traditional eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits and gravy. There was also lighter things like oatmeal, yogurt, cereal, and danishes.

My room was on the ground level near an exit door. But the door did not open with a key card. So coming in we had to walk all around, but leaving, the exit was very close.

It was convenient to my location. It was nice and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The first night there was no hot water to take a shower. Also the construction in the front of the building is a sore eyesight.

I love that the staff is super friendly and the hotel in in the perfect place for shopping and eating. It is very clean and right off the interstate.

In the room I stayed in this time the refrigerator made a constant humming noise, but with the TV on you barely noticed it.

Beds were very comfortable, breakfast was great! Front desk texted me a couple of times to see if my stay was ok, nice touch! Though an older property well maintained.

Price was higher than I would expect, chalked it up to Thanksgiving and Cowboys football game that drove prices up.

Clean easy to get to comfortable and excellent staff

The price. I’m sure it is within range of the area but in todays world the price makes it hard to take a family anywhere especially if you need more than 1 room
