We stayed at this hotel when moving to Austin. We arrived late at night and didn't want to stay in our empty house so we chose a nice hotel in relative close proximity to our new home. In this regard the location was perfect for us. It is quite far from downtown but is very centrally located in terms of shopping and restaurants. The decor/vibe is very on theme (think 'The Social Network') and everything felt very new. The lobby is very well lit and lively and the hotel pool looked wonderful (though we didn't use it). The bar area was lovely and everyone hanging around it was very social, which I haven't experienced in most of my hotel stays. There were always people working on laptops in the common areas and overall the hotel just had a nice energy. We had our dog with us for our stay and this hotel was definitely one of the most dog friendly/ welcoming hotels we have stayed at.

Some elements of the room layout and decor definitely sacrificed practicality for design. The room lighting was not streamlined and privacy was lacking. The barn door design for the bathroom does not provide much of a sound barrier and we could also hear other guests (who were not being rowdy) in the rooms above and next to us.

Everything was good Except for the $50 fee to check-in after pre paying for a 2 night stay which I have not got back on my card.. and the woman who checked me in was a little cocky and when I told her where I was from visiting she made a face that was uncalled for.. other than that.. It was a good stay

Front desk Lady.. Speaks Spanish and English Which is a good thing but when your checking someone in or even just talking to someone you should give them your attention.. not be talking to you coworkers like your not even standing there..

The location is great and the room was very comfortable. We liked that we can walk to several restaurants, the mall, Alamo Drafthouse, and H‑E‑B, and are a quick drive away from several other hot spots. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is great! We really like the room setup too.

The air conditioning was either super cold or completely off, so that made it difficult to get comfortable when hanging out in the room. It would be great if they invested in a refillable soap dispenser for the sink bc those little bar soaps are terrible.

The property was so so cute and the style of the design was so cool! The room was so beautiful and they had a smart tv which is always appreciated haha. We had a great view, the shower was super spacious and had incredible water pressure, and the bed was SO comfortable. Before my trip, I had spoken to a manager and let her know it was my boyfriend’s birthday and I wanted to make sure it was extra special for him. I had asked if they could put something nice in the room and they said absolutely, yes. We ended up checking in 5 hours early, unplanned since our morning plans got canceled, so it didn’t work out before we arrived but that was totally fine since we appreciated the early check-in so much! When we checked out though, the manager came and told us that as a birthday present, the room was being comped! I received a full refund! It was so so sweet of them and so unexpected. Highly recommend this place for so many reasons including the exceptional customer service and super friendly staff!

location is phenomenal. It’s surrounded by lots of great restaurants, less than 5 minutes walk to HEB, activities all around, right off the highway and less than 20 minutes from downtown Austin. The staff was phenomenal. I can not thank Brittany and Meghan enough for making this stay simple and memorable. You have a for life with me.

Parking gets tight at night & I was not a fan of the parking in the back of the building.

The friendly staff and clean facilities. The hotel literally near everything you need and Austin is like 15/20min away. I like they are dog friendly but still very clean and no dog smells in the rooms.

Wish the bar would stay open later but it was cool we had our own beer and pool table area was still open so no worries 😉

This property was by far the best I’ve stayed at in a long time. The staff was super nice and it’s beautiful inside. The pool area was very clean and opened late so that you can enjoy a nice swim after a long day out on the town. Restaurants and Shopping were literally walking distance. I will definitely be back when visiting Austin!!

I went to Aloft for my 15th anniversary and the staff there did a great job of helping me surprise my wife. The staff used rose petals to create a heart on the bed and provided a bottle of champagne with two glasses along with a bouquet of roses. They also helped me by staging the gift and card I had for my wife. Great time, great hotel, and great staff that helped my make my stay there memorable. They also gave us complimentary breakfast which was the chef's kiss to our stay.

Everything was fantastic.

The location is perfect for me. The staff was very helpful and friendly and I loved the little snack area which was very convenient to purchase water and treats.

The rooms aren’t cozy comfortable, not a luxury property by any means but more than adequate for a short stay. Everything I needed with the exception of a bathtub was in the room.

Very nice atmosphere and extremely friendly staff. The room was HUGE and the bed an TV were perfect. Thanks for having a Chromecast! I also liked being in walking distance to HEB and restaurants!

Room was a little dirty. Hair from previous guest was in the sink and all over the countertop. Thankfully, I carry antibacterial wipes.
