The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was amazing and the room was clean and very big

The fact they put my account in the negative after I paid for the room with my debit card and saw them take the money out and did it again for the next day they took their money. Yet I was in the negative from pending charges and still haven’t received my $50 back yet.

Clean and staff was very polite and respectful!!! Breakfast was very good too!!

Just our sink and tub were clogged when we first got in the room but they were quick to send the maintenance guy up to fix right after I told them the issue!! Worked like a charm after that!! Not really a complaint but that was pretty much it!!

The A/C was not working well They don’t do housekeeping unless you ask, we ran out of towels on our last day and we were told they were in the washer They never came back with clean towels I had to get towels from the pool

The hotel was really nice and clean. Our room was amazing as well as the breakfast. Best place I had breakfast from all the hotels that I had stayed in. Special shoutout to Manager Daniela from Colombia who assisted me and my wife with such kindness.

The only disappointing thing was the staff in the Night Shift. We got there around 2am the clerk was really rude. Not only was he rude with me but with all the clients that needed of his assistance. For someone spending so much money, at least we would like to be welcomed.

Hotel lobby was beautiful and spotlessly clean. We were greeted by super friendly and helpful staff who checked us in. Our room was beautiful…extra spacious and sparkling clean. Our King bed was very comfortable and we got a great nights sleep. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was plentiful and delicious. As we checked out we were again greeted with cheerful smiles by the staff and thanked again for staying with them. All in all a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here to my fellow travelers!

Place was very clean, safe and welcoming

i was vey disappointed that pool was dirty they had no lights on at night at the pool area and the beauty fire pit was off and there fore we were unable to use pool.

We loved the hotel, excellent amenities, and customer service specifically the front desk host, Ricardo. He was a great host and doubled as a great tour guide! He was very polite and always very eager to help guests.

On our last day there breakfast wasn't served and we never received an explanation as to why. Room service needs improvement. Our room was full of dust and they never changed our bed sheets.

my partner checked in online; then became ill with Covid. we were scheduled to arrive late. i checked; they couldnt find hers and I had to wait a long time in the lobby. I had work to complete; in the room the internet kept going out; the desk staff couldnt help; I finally gave up trying. It was just a short miserable overnite stay.

Location was great near grocery store and restaurants major Highway. They had a good breakfast with big selection waffles, sausage, eggs, fruit, and biscuits. Staff was friendly. I would definitely recommend.👍

i asked if there was a closed parking for my motorcycle during the booking, but there was none. The receptionist was kind enought to let me park in fron of the entrance
