The breakfast was awesome. So many different food options. We loved the big fresh Texas waffles. I choose this hotel because it had the better reviews on Google than the other low cost hotels. I was on a budget. It was clean and had plenty of towels. It was easy to find, using my GPS. It was close by an HEB and Dollar General, which I loved. My family loved it. The staff was very nice and they cared. The TV had some good channels to watch.

The slippery tub. Had to put a towel on the bottom, because we all slipped, when it was our turn to take a shower. I didn't like that I couldn't fully close the curtains. I wish the check out time was at 12pm or 1pm. (I just wanted to sleep in more, lol)

Good breakfast selection. Room size was generous. Comfortable bed. Convenient location for my stay.

Breakfast area could have been cleaned during the breakfast time as there were spills especially around coffee pot area, already used tables were dirty and the trash cans were overflowing. My room was not cleaned/serviced during my entire stay (3 nights) and only one bath towel was in the room. One soap that I had to share for both sink and shower and no replacement bottles of shampoo/conditioner. No ice bucket and ice was only available on upper floors. Air conditioning was a little weak and rooms were stuffy when entered at the end of day after hot days. Slow elevator.

It was close to the places I went to visit, the staff was nice,helpful. It had continental breakfast which was delicious and the area was clean. It was comfortable clean and safe.

Nothing my stay was perfect, no hassle.

The breakfast was OK, but we understand how things have changed over the year. Our room was more than what we expected. We had a couch, which was really nice along with our queen beds. The noise from the highway could be heard, but that was also expected...so it didn't bother us. I also liked the little snack store they had. We'll definitely stay again. It was close the the airport and close to our relatives that live in Austin.

I didn't understand why the juice machine wasn't working in the morning.

The modern layout was beautiful. From the moment that you pull up you can see how nice the building is and once you walk into the lobby you can instantly see the cleanliness and modern look of the hotel. The rooms are beautiful and clean as well. You get 5 pillows on the King size bed and the bed was very comfortable.

The hotel manager admitted that they only had one luggage cart and that he hadn’t seen it in several hours so we had to go without the use of one. He said that it was probably in someone’s hotel room. They may also consider putting between 3-4 washcloths in each room versus just 2.

Room was very clean and big. Convenient location for where we needed to be. The manager was very nice and helpful with providing the missing linens we needed. We were given a room on the backside of the hotel away from the interstate as requested when registering, so our room was quiet. We appreciated the sack breakfast considering the COVID situation.

I had registered for 2 people but had only 1 set of linens and the washrag was missing, so we had to go downstairs to get another set, which should not have been necessary. The elevator was dirty and also smelled.

Always stocked with quality breakfast selections!!! The entire eating area was spotless and constantly maintained.

There was absolutely nothing I didn't like. Attention to detail is the name of the game at this facility.

The room is spacious, clean. Breakfast included eggs, bacon, waffles, yogurt, juices, pastries/toast, fruit.

The bedding (one pillow and a blanket) was not entirely clean. Dirty elevator, at least needs to be vacuumed)

When I showed up they did not have any recorded of my reservation, so I showed them my booking.com confirmation. He said they never got it but had one room left. They also charged me a random $114 that took multiple phone calls over a week to get refunded. Everyone was very nice but the whole experience was such a headache.
