*Breakfast ended at 9:30, we got there at 9:25 and there was no one there but the lady who was going to pick everything up. She was extremely polite and did not make us feel uncomfortable about getting there late. *My daughters swam after hours in their awesome pool and lost a bracelet but didn’t realize it until the next day. The staff was super friendly and helped DIG THROUGH THE TRASH BAGS! looking for her bracelet and found it! *The gentleman at the front desk accommodated our need to be close to where we parked our trailer AND was so sweet and gave us the BEST room we’ve ever been in, no exaggeration! *This was our first time running late to check out of our room, and the poor staff-woman who knocked several times (because our kiddo accidentally checked us out,) was super sweet and never rushed us out. She simply asked us to let her know when we were out so she could check the room since many guests sometimes leave items behind. *We’ve stayed at many hotels throughout our life and this has by far been the best hotel experience ever. We even contemplated staying another night just to enjoy the awesome hotel. Sadly, we’re road-tripping back to Oregon and can’t stay! I truly cannot have been happier to have chosen this hotel instead of the other two options nearby!

I loved that it wasn’t on the highway but it was down in a cozy spot with the Metropolitan Theater rear right of it and Trudy’s Restaurant front left of it…which provided a nice melange of people around it…they treat you like Hotels used to treat their guest with respect and a hospitality that is hard to find these days when seeking lodgings…they have the noon checkout which is an endangered species these days and as in my case being handicapped and traveling alone they gladly extended mine until 1:30 PM…They are super pet friendly after having to flee from our home due to the rash of prairie fires and 3 digit temperatures we were having I had my usual ride or die 14 year old mixed breed with me plus 5 Boston Terrier puppies who had recently been orphaned and a Boston female with 3 brand new babies…10 dogs total and they welcomed us all the same…they even helped me put their crates together and get them loaded safely for the trip home…free hot breakfast every morning Texas shaped waffle maker hot and ready to go…In general this place gave me a good feeling from check-in to check-out that haven’t that I haven’t experienced in years unlike the feeling most motels give me that I’ve stayed at recently like you are an inconvenience or you are trying to take from them… which maybe a carryover from the culture from which they came…

The only thing that was disappointing to me was the fact that the swimming pool lift chair wasn’t working so I didn’t get to swim as much as I had hoped and the fact that the roll in shower in my room didn’t have a shower chair to transfer to while showering so I had to put my wheelchair in the shower or stand on one leg and hold on to the handicap bars while using a hand help shower head…that can get tricky at times

Thier were close to many amenities small distance to travel. I love how prepared they were for any situation the staff was always on point with thier task . The kitchen staff hardwork is very noticeable they kept it clean and professional easy flowing for our meal to get on with our day . Housekeepers respected our privacy in our stay but as soon as we walked in our room ,it was so inviting . Front desk always welcoming .

I didn't experience any horrible situation at my stay

I liked the location. It's in a safe location and close to where we needed to go. Staff were friendly and gave us advice on how to get to the concert. I don't usually stay on the south side in any town, but I liked the nice reviews. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

I didn't like that there was hair in the shower and water outside the shower.

The temperature of the air conditioner was warm. They did offer to give me another room. As soon as I arrived they let me go to the room to see what it felt like. I chose to stay there because of the extra bed I had requested. They tried to offer me a cooler room.

This is one of the best hotels we have stayed at. Clean, very quiet, fresh decor, and convenient to anyplace in Austin. The menu at the included breakfast was the most varied we have ever seen. We will definitely be staying at this hotel again.

There is not one thing that could make this hotel better as it was already beyond our expectations.

Room was clean but felt a bit dated. Good location. 2 restaurants in same parking lot (Buffalo Wings and a Mexican Restaurant) and one across the street (Korean BBQ). Area felt safe and not busy or loud even though its next to a Freeway and no homeless presence. 2 minute drive is a Burlington and other shops. Coffee in suite is excellent. The suite is roomy but bedroom was too big. I think they could have made bedroom smaller and bathroom and living space bigger. Bathroom (shower no tub) in the bedroom with separate sink area and closet in room as well. There is another sink in the kitchen which was so convenient but no closet or mirror in the living area. Full Fridge, 2 stove burners and Free laundry was a huge plus for a 5 night stay.

No closet or mirror in living area/kitchen (needed it to get myself ready while my daughter slept in the bedroom). Elevator broken for a whole day. No oven. Door to bathroom too big or perhaps the toilet/shower area too small.

The breakfast was very nice, the facility was clean and it was in a great location for what I needed.

The night-time staff was not the most amenable when I reached out to them for needed bedding. They told me to come down to the counter and pick it up if I wanted it.

I came back to this hotel a second time for another trip in Austin. I really liked the shower water pressure and how clean the place is.

I made the reservation for the same room i booked last time which had 4 beds but when i got there they said they were sold out and gave me a room with 2 beds.

The staff were very helpful when I had an issue, and the facilities and breakfast were very good.

Nothing, except that the Bookings.com site does not have the right information with regards to the shuttle bus.. This is a bookings.com issue, not an issue from the hotel.
