I liked the fact that the doors are within a corridor and not exposed to the outside. The room was like a small apartment, complete with full-size fridge. Perfect size for one or two people.

When I booked the room, I was told breakfast would be included. In fact, the website clearly states, "Meal Plan Breakfast is included in the final price" however, breakfast was NOT INCLUDED and I didn't find that out until I was at the registration desk and there was a note at the desk that said: "We are currently franchised from ESA. We are not serving breakfast currently." Also, there was no hair dryer, the TV remote did not work (I even replaced the batteries with brand new batteries, but nothing), and both the kitchen and bathroom floors were very sticky.

The staff are very nice and they will work with you if you have any concerns or requests. The Rooms a great and spacious and the beds are pretty comfortable.

Didn't like the fact that they're not offering breakfast even though it says breakfast is included ..also there isn't any kind of vending machines on site . And no ATM 🏧.

Not a single utensils to eat or cook food. Wished they were there. While booking they mentioned that they have breakfast included but in reality breakfast was not provided.

Comfortable room. Proximity to downtown. Manager stopped by to check on room and made note of things that needed attention from maintenance.

I loved the room…it was very homey, great fridge size, like a little studio apartment.

The hostess for breakfast on our last 2 days of our trip made the other things that went wrong seem small .

When we got there we had to change rooms fridge was leaking.

No breakfast. Coffee maker and mug provided was dirty.

Advertising breakfast included but none available.

Minor construction but everything needs to be fixed from time to time no issues
