The airline lost my luggage and staff was exceptionally helpful both giving me a toothbrush and toiletries and accepting my bag when the airline sent it over at 5 a.m. - and thoughtfully texting me about it rather than waking me. Lovely place, a bit pricey. but so worth it to be able to take the shuttle over so quickly rather than rent a car or wait for a longer arriving shuttle from a hotel further away. Shout out to Francisco, the helpful and kind shuttle bus driver who was there in 3 minutes!

Like I said it's a bit pricey compared to nearby budget hotels. But in my view absolutely worth it. So comfortable.

Check in and check out were very easy. The hotel is really fancy/nice- it surprised my husband and I! We had a really quick stay because we only had an overnight layover in Austin, but we'd definitely stay again. Though the infrastructure isn't really supportive of this (no sidewalks) we walked to and from the airport through the parking lots and it was about a 10 minute walk each way.

There was nothing that we were not satisfied with.

Immediately adjacent to the airport, but very quiet. we heard no plane noise at all. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Restaurant had tasty food at surprisingly decent prices, especially considering the location. Excellent service at the restaurant and from front desk staff.

The shuttle driver did not ask which airline we needed, and we were left a long way from my mom’s required check-in. Fortunately, there was handicapped seating right inside the first door where she could wait for me to track down a wheelchair to get her to check-in.

The room and bed were very comfortable. The hotel provided a varied and interesting breakfast. The best thing at the hotel was being able to catch the airport shuttle bus to the airport very early in the morning to catch our flight. We were able to invite family members who live in Austin to a meal in the hotel.

The hotel was a little cold in the public areas.

Everything about our stay was phenomenal. Easy check in, clean and comfortable rooms that were close to each other like requested, relaxing pool, yummy food and drink at the restaurant, and a friendly staff. The airport shuttle was timely as well.

The room was good and clean the service was good but I had a uncomfortable situation happen

in the morning while getting dress in the morning someone tried to get in my room they keep turning the door knob and i was hollering someone was in the room,, whom ever it was kept it up after a few minutes i looked out and no one was there. It was not the cleaning people glasses were still out the door. I packed up and got out of there. I did not even think of calling the front desk I told my sister what happen and my husband, Yes I was alone on my trip

I like the room and bathroom size. The room and the bathroom were clean. The two water bottle was a nice detail. The employees during check-in and check-out were really helpful.

The room are too expensive. They should include the breakfast with room price. Ice machine was broken in our floor.

We arrived late, left very early. So I can't really assess the total property. I thought that the rooms were small. Very clean.

Small rooms. 4 people couldn't move around very well.

location to Airport

one of the staff members was very rude and unhelpful to one of the people in my party. she had to arrive late for prior obligations and the staff member kept telling her she was in the wrong hotel.. That is happened all the time. All the guest was asking was location to the elevators.

Awesome property, very clean and comfortable.

The reception staff was a little rude. I paid for 2x queen beds and she tried to give me a king with a pull out sofa. We don’t enjoy pullout sofas, so I asked for any other 2 beds. She gave me a little bit of an attitude, but after a while found a trim with 2 queens and gave it to me…. Made me wonder if they were saving it am for someone else? Also, the shuttle driver was a little strange. He laughed when I told mentioned I needed to get the 3:30am shuttle and told me “good luck with that!”
