Didn't know they charged 20.00 a day for any room damage. Breakfast would have been better if the lady spoke English and didn't have attitude. The weed smells from the bathroom ventilation every morning wasnt to nice. Walls very thin. Other than that nice play and will come back.

Room was nice. Liked the small kitchen. Loved the stores were close and short travel time.

location was fantastic. beds and pillows were comfortable. staff was friendly and helpful.

building was showing its age—cracks in the walls, chips in linoleum, toilet not flushing completely. No hangers in the closets. Not enough outlets for charging and no usb outlets. Continental breakfast was lukewarm even when it first opened. all three elevators closed at the same time with no notice to save us from walking to each one.

The staff were very friendly, the rooms were big, and the bed were super comfortable.

It was not as close to the airport as I would like, the lyft ride cost me 20 dlls. The carpet had stains, which made it look dirty. The bathroom had only 2 towels, we arrived late and were leaving at 4, no time to ask for extra towels. So for 240 for a couple hours the least I expected, if I reserved for 3 people, to have 3 towels on the bathroom.

The breakfast was okay. I have a gluten intolerance so could only eat some eggs and fruit, but overall not bad. One of the front desk ladies was the nicest person she helped me print out some documents when I needed assistance right after i arrived.

The printer should not need an adapter to print should be able to print from the computer itself or connect to other peoples laptops. Needs to be set up as wireless. Unfortunately I was carrying the specific adapter it needed to be able to print it myself so had to ask staff to print it.

I loved the breakfast! The ladies that prepared it are awesome! They were so helpful and made our waffles every morning. It as in a good location, easy to find. 10-15min drive from Rainey street. The facilities looked clean overall.

The carpets definitely need a good cleaning or just plainly be removed and replaced with tile floor. No matter how hard you try carpet keeps odor and stain.

Front desk staff friendly and informative

Breakfast items not replenished timely, very congested setup, juice dispenser leaking noticeably, wet and messy, tables left uncleaned. Bedroom had urine smell in sofa sitting area and bed was too bouncy, not comfortable.

The room size and layout were great! It was perfect for our trip. The kitchenette was great and had everything we needed.

The ice maker didn't work and the bathroom lights flickered until they warmed up which was annoying.

Did not get fresh towels even though we left them outside of our room like asked to do, and had to go get them when front desk was called instead of having them taken to us.

Room was excellent, clean, comfortable, well appointed. It was an accessible room. Easy to get to and had everything we needed! The ONLY thing that could be improved was breakfast. Otherwise, it's an excellent property!

Staff is excellent, hotel is not the newest one on Hotel Row, but it's very clean and the bed was super comfy. We had an issue with the wrong credit card being charged. Hailey had it fixed in no time...We would definantly stay here again.

I want the waffles and hot buffet breakfast back, so my only complaint isn't something staff can control, it's still being dictated by Covid.
