The staff, first and foremost, was impeccable! From the moment I entered the lobby and told the woman at the front desk about my interesting Uber ride from DFW, I knew this was going to be an awesome experience! I wish I could remember the names of everyone I encountered, but they know who they were!! The manager was so amazing! The morning front desk was just as amazing for what they did for me! I can not express enough how amazing the staff was!! I thank yall for making my stay as comfortable as possible!! Now, onto the room. Chef's kiss! Extremely clean. The bed was unbelievably comfortable with pillows matching the firmness of the mattress. I need to find out the brand of that mattress. I literally want to purchase one. The water pressure was top of the list of all the hotels I've ever stayed at. The hot water stayed HOT!! LOVED THIS! Dove products. OMG, just awesome! The layout of the room was great. The next time I'm in Burleson, there's no other hotel I would stay at! Holiday Inn Express has a new customer in me no matter what city I am in!

cleanliness; great breakfast but would love to see more fresh fruit/pastry offerings; staff was very welcoming for the most part- the younger staff was super friendly however the older gentlemen at the front desk were on the grumpy side; not rude, just not friendly at all.

couldn’t regulate the temperature very well. seemed like adjusting the thermostat even 1 degree would create a huge swing in the temperature at times but at other times, the setting would have to be adjusted several degrees for any change. due to the way the room was arranged, one of the beds was right up against the vents of the AC unit so that may be the cause. there was no extra space to move the bed away from the unit due to the nightstand between the beds being fixed in place on the wall.

The room was clean and cool. It was extemely hot outside but our room was always a comfortable tempeture. The location was great because of the restraunts that were very close. The front desk lady was very kind and helpful with directions to a restraunt.

Well, to be honest the bathtub did have a few hairs in it when I entered the room but I quickly removed them and a peice of trash was not picked iup because it was almost under the bed... but nothing major was wrong.

This hotel appears to be a newer hotel. I was impressed with our room as it was different from other hotels and was more stylish in decor. We had a King Suite and it was more than I expected!

I like the location of the hotel and the surrounding restaurants. It was quiet. The breakfast was amazing everything was hot and fresh. The bed was very very comfortable.

Staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. I appreciate that someone called me the day before to discuss my room needs and changed me to an upper floor on the spot. Check-in was actually fun. Great staff! Comfortable bed - best hotel sleep in a long time.

The hot tub had a greasy film and slightly cloudy water. NOISY neighbors at 1:00am who kept moving between rooms and slamming doors. They were personally quiet, so it was difficult to tell which rooms. Annoying. The hotel needs more sound proofing to reduce this problem.

The housekeeping kept our room stocked with towels and took the trash out daily. Very clean and no complaints. Everyone was nice. The room was big enough for 6 people so that was definitely a plus as well.

A little pricey for 3 days but due to the snowstorm had no choice
