I LOVED the breakfast, the lobby, and the room. The extra restroom in the double room was fantastic.

I did not like the long walk to the elevator from the lobby, without signage it made the walk awkward. I traveled alone and I had someone who checked in at a later time and I wasn't there to assist her. As a female l, I feel that could have been better. Along that same thread, parking at night seemed very unsecure as the parking lot seemed lonely and no one was watching to ensure my safety.

It was in a good location and the staff was very nice.

The first room we were in the air conditioner didn’t work, but they did move us to another. The only reason I didn’t rate it better was because someone came to clean our room and they left the door slightly open and we had been gone all day. I did tell the front desk about it and they said they would make a note of it. Just maybe if you stay here tell them not to clean your room while you are gone.

Hotel facilities are like brand new. It seemed very peaceful environment. Most of the staff were nice. Ice machine available and working well. The restroom was clean and the room have an iron and a hair dryer.

The elevator is located far from the entrance. The room's carpet felt a little bit humid and the room felt a little bit like that too but the room was super clean. The mornings are noisy as the hotel is near the HW and you can hear the cars.

Everything about this hotel is amazing! I loved how friendly their night security was. He complimented us, and recommended us to go downtown to the Sundown Square. We had a blast! The rooms were clean and food was great!

There is nothing bad about staying at this hotel. It could be better if they just had breakfast for everyone staying there without having to have a kitchen coupon lol.

Its a great hotel, comfortable, clean, and nice! I would of given it a 10 if not for the electrical problem we had.

They had micro, coffee pot, Tv, lamp and extra plugs all running on same wall with a strip that couldn’t handle it all and so micro wouldn’t work, had problems. They tried to address it twice, thought it was fixed but last time we couldn’t use lamp or other plugs. This is the only negative, the hotel is very nice!

Check in was easy, the room was clean and worth the price. Breakfast was amazing, the girl that took our order was beyond amazing. I didn't catch her name but she did a great job taking care of everyone getting breakfast. The pool was really nice.

The bathrooms in the pool lead out to the front lobby and I got locked out and had to walk through the lobby to get back to my kids in the pool. That had me in a panic, but they were fine.

Convenient to where I needed to go - purpose of trip. Reputable hotel name

The elevators were extremely slow arriving, and then during the ride. The walk to the main elevators were a little interesting having to take two to three turns and then walk down a long hallway.

Very modern, clean, spacious room. Room decor was current, glad to not have carpet, bathroom very modern and clean.

The location is right next to the freeway which means it's a bit noisy if you're a light sleeper. Also, the room walls are thin and the doors to the corridors are heavy and make a lot of banging noise every time guests enter or exit their rooms.

Branding. That me is awesome. Very polite. Beautiful voice. Helpful. I showed up that night. And 10 ;30. She already remembered I my my name. I will just say I had my own business for around 16 years. I tons of employees hire and they are getting le employees like Brandie cares about She does. She deserves to get promoted. Or at least a raise!!!👍

the entrance, waiting room, bar/restaurant was so beautiful. great, clean atmosphere with friendly staff.

weird walk to my first floor room. had to go around a pool and such to get to the hall way. just a short walk. but not to much to complain about. they had easy access to the parking lots and exits.
