It was nice to have a place that was reasonably priced but I could just get away and spend the night at when I need to get just get away and I really did need to get away so thank you I will say the whole place smells like weed and that was gross but when she comes the door and someone's gone and you're okay and it's that seems to be how it is at all of them so not not this this hotel chain I mean all of the hotels myself you walk in someone's like a proof of marijuana kiss you in the face but too many people are disrespectful but the staff was wonderful totally wonderful she went out of her way to make sure that we got a room that we needed where we needed it she was great. And I love it when places have a little kitchenette so that was that made it way much easier and I had to disabled people with me so that made it a lot easier actually and you know the lady went out of her way to make sure that we got the room we needed to I'd recommend that place.

They knew that they were going to be for adults there staying there and there were only two towels in the room and 2 cloths. The marijuana smell throughout the place is quite sickening but you don't smell it from your room thankfully

clean room, great distance from the mall or bay. some hallway oder and very obnoxious upstairs stayers

very hot in the hallways, entryway and exit. waiting 15 minutes for someone to show up to be checked in and when doing so i was being charged way more than what i reserved for. front desk would not fix so i paid to check in and i took action of the difference after my stay

Lighting not bright in room. I recommend LED Daylight bulbs. The brightest ones they sale. They will bring the rooms to live. Rooms are to dark LED bulbs will save you money on ele yri ity and do not run hot when on. Try 1 room and you will love the rightness and clarity LED DAYLIGHT bulbs work. Just saying.

Everything was nice and clean. People were very nice there. I felt safe.

There was a problem with the roaches, so I moved to another room hotel other than that everything was good. If they could get their problem on the control it would be so much better.

How relaxed and welcomed I felt when entering. Nick the front desk clerk was so helpful, kind and very professional. He moved me to another room because the keys wouldn't work and turns out the lock was needing to be reprogrammed.

Really nothing to be honest. Everything was great!

My room was comfortable and cool. The staff was friendly.

There were two things I didn't like. First the room and hallway had a strange smell coming from the air conditioner. Second, my bathroom was dirty and smelled like urine.

So far no complaints. Everything is up to par so far. Love that you refrigerator and microwave and stove in case of me needing these appliances.

Could've had paper plates and napkins since we have a microwave in the room.

The place feels safe!

Elevator needs some work. Hangers need it in reception to provide to costumers. Make sure there are towels available for costumers.

It was quiet, beds were comfortable.

The bathroom sink leaked. I had to utilize towels. Already had brought it to the receptionist attention after leaving.

The staff was super friendly. Very courteous.

Property was dirty, didn’t have clean towels. Floor of the facility was filthy. They never answered the phone when I called and the room smelled.
