Homewood Suites by Hilton Corpus Christi

The staff was amazing and friendly , the place was very well kept and I love how there was more options for breakbeat instead of cold cereal and waffles. My kids had a ball with all the options of things to eat and fresh fruit to grab. I enjoyed the location and how close good restaurants ,entertainment and a Walmart within walking distance. The only negative experience was the mosquitoes .

The terrible mosquitoes were just waiting to attack you as soon as you step outside .They are not easily seen and your feel the after affect on your skin and start to itch ,which was the most frustrating part of the experience , Bring repellent the strong kind !

location was easy on and off of freeway. breakfast was good except coffee was quite weak

beds were not comfortable at all. pillowtop was completely worn out. husband woke up with back aching every morning. Sheets had shrunk so much that the bottom sheet didn’t fully cover the mattress and would come off ends of bed every night which was aggravating. While I have stayed at Homewood Suites many times over the years I would not stay at this location again just because of the bed

the front desk lady I believe it was Jamie, she is what made the stay at the property great! if it wasn’t for her we would not have stayed.

it’s not so much the property but booking.com. they messed up on their end and Jamie honestly saved the property a customer.

Excellent and accommodating staff everything was beautifully clean we love the continental breakfast. We were able to get two more rooms for other family members and the staff was very sweet even giving us extra towels

I only have one complaint I use their laundry facility and the dryers did not work

I enjoyed the inviting lobby set up. The room was clean, the bed and duvet were very comfortable and cozy. We stayed in a king size bed with sofa bed. I really enjoyed our room because you could close the door to the bedroom. Due to Covid, breakfast was limited, however, there had cold Jimmy Dean biscuits to warm up in your room. The coffee was great. There were breakfast bags on the go which had a fruit and pastry/muffin.

The address provided doesn't take you directly to the hotel. We drove around for approximately half an hour. Once you find the hotel you need to slow down so you don't miss the ONLY entrance. There is a $10 parking fee and a $50 damage fee (which is refunded after checking out). You could feel the sofa bed mattress springs.

Ms. Madison was there for anything we needed during our stay. Wonderful person to work with. I truly enjoyed our stay and the location and quietness of area and room. we surely will come back and stay at your hotel again.

Location was good, and we were upgraded to a King Suite with separate bedroom from the living area and kitchen. The staff was very friendly especially Aundray and Sandra in the front and Shawn and Bonnie in housekeeping. Shawn and Bonnie were wonderful and helpful whenever we needed anything. During our stay, all of the staff were wearing masks at all times. They also encouraged you to use the hand sanitizer at the front desk after using their pens. Due to the pandemic, there was no continental breakfast available, but the staff did let us know upon check-in that they were providing pre-packaged muffins, fresh fruit (oranges, apples, and bananas), and coffee/tea every morning. The bbq area, pool, and the basketball court were well kept and clean. Didn't use the laundry facilities so have no opinion on that. Shopping and restaurants were within walking distance.

Only had a few minor complaints: the room phones weren't working properly, but we only had to use it once and it wasn't a big deal to go to the front lobby for our request; the wifi needs to have a much stronger signal and not randomly disconnect as it sometimes did while I was working; our room did need to be vacuumed over again upon our arrival (but Bonnie was quick to take care of it while I was there); a better entrance to the hotel or maybe a bigger sign so that the entrance is not so easily missed. This is also completely random, but I think the hotel would do well to have automatic doors instead of pull/push doors to enter the front lobby. This would help with keeping things as contactless as possible due to the coronavirus.

Clean and good staff

Grill wasn’t functioning but rest was good. It’s also easy to miss hotel entrance. Both issues can be address easily.

Very quiet, clean and close proximity to Texas Roadhouse, AMC and IHOP.

The outside of the building could use some curb appeal updates and it would be nice to have 1 entrance and 1 exit. I missed the entrance several times.

The room was a home away from home .

In the bedroom the door sqeaked loudly trying to close it, and the entrance of the hotel is very narrow with pot holes in it
