I was pleased with the room, it was clean and comfortable.

I was not very happy with the front desk, when we checked in, we had to line up outside in freezing and windy weather conditions. The lobby was nice and clean, but they won't let us get inside. I spoke with someone who stays there often, who says they keep the lobby closed since covid 2020. That is ridiculous, make covid as an excuse so they keep their lobby just for display. We are outside with a couple of children in line with their parents as well. I can't believe they let us outside in the cold, while they are inside in a warm room, very inhumane. We will not come back that's for sure. Poor service and no breakfast as well.

the room was ok for the price.

.- the sink was clogged. I had to brush, was my face…in the shower .- homeless people were outside my room all night. It was really loud at times but I understand management has nothing to do with this.

It was clean and nice and the daytime manager was nice.

One night there was no parking and we had to park at the next hotel down the street. The night manager was rude about it. My boyfriend, brother, and his girlfriend came back late one night and she started interrogating us before we got up the stairs asking what room we were in. I answered immediately what room and explained that we had to park far because there was no parking. It would make sense if we were just hanging around but we were going straight to our room and she would’ve seen what room we were going to, but she questioned us again with attitude after I answered as if we didn’t belong there even though we had just barely made it up the stairs and were still walking to the rooms. It was very unnecessary.

Our room was very clean. The surroundings was quiet.

No breakfast even though it was advertised. The lobby is closed. There is like a drive through window that you walk up to for checking in and out. And the pillows were half size with no support. The bathroom light flickered which was annoying.

My television was stuck on one channel the entire trip so we couldn’t watch tv the entire time of our stay

I REALLY LIKED THE KITCHENETT. I WAS SUPRISED THE THE ROOM CAME WITH ONE BEING THAT IT WAS SO CHEAP.

I DID REALLY CARE FOR THE NIGHT STAFF. THEY WERE NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL I HAD TO GO TO TE OFFICE TWICE DURING MY STAY AND GET TOWELS AND BOTH TIMES THEY GAVE ME ONLY ONE TOWEL FOR MY HUSBAND MY DAUGHTER AND MYSELF.

Good location!! Rooms are nice and clean. Some rooms have kitchenettes!! Worth the price!!

The neighbors were loud late into the night and the front door was broken and wouldn't lock. I had to deadbolt it shut.

It was very clean, the staff was nice, and the price was affordable.

They didn’t have some sort of breakfast.
