The front desk Q was excellent! Her customer service skills was exceptional she went above and beyond! The cook Ms Dee is another exceptional thar went above and beyond also Carlos the maintenance man was another exceptional and he also deserves a five star for going above and above. Most of the staff that I came in contact with was over the top. And I will be staying again.

What I did not like is checkout time is 12 but I was checking out at 1. However they maid came to clean my room like I had checked out at 10am, then they came back at 11, then the man came back at 11:45! But I know it said late check out but even if it didn't checkout time is not until 12. I think that is very rude, very unprofessional and maybe they need more training. If I had not been busy there no telling what I would have said but it would probably not have been pretty.

price for the quility of room and location for myself. The pool is in great shape and staff was incrediable

the same light by pool has been strobing for over 3 months that we have stayed several times. bugs everyone bad while swimming at night. But was is worse, Houston is a sports town and the hotel has direct tv but will not supply the sport channel for the astros and other teams.

I was disappointed with breakfast. Waffles were only on the weekend and the bacon and eggs were always over cooked. Some pieces were even raw like they just prepared it on a fire way to high. The front desk staff were amazing. Specifically Ms. Tia or Tee, she's from New Orleans. She was more than willing to help us during our stay. The upper level management was a different experience. He was rude and very short. I was not greeted or told his name. The towels were very low quality and so were the pillows.

Close to Highway without highway noise. Great breakfast with a lot of options. I love that the room had a kitchenette, it’s perfect when you’re traveling with family or if you are staying for an extended time. I was easily able to get Walmart grocery delivery. Also, the staff was so sweet and very helpful!

The hotel was awesome. The lady who works the front desk in the evening went above and beyond for me and my family. The rooms were clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. It was definitely an enjoyable time. I would recommend them to anyone who is staying in the Austin area.

Very welcoming receptionist on checking in. Clean and spacious suites. Good breakfast. Wonderful BBQ restaurant next door.

There were no loungers around the pool area and only a handful of chairs.

Location. Staff very friendly and helpful, especially front desk.

Maintenance wasn’t up to par. Microwave in room didn’t work and instead of fixing it, they put a small unit on the only table so it couldn’t be used for eating very easily.

The staff was helpful especially the breakfast lady Ms. D. My stay was peaceful.

I just wished they had extra towels and trash bags kept inside room instead of me having to keep calling for them.

I love the staff they were amazing!! the room was very clean and spacious! my kids enjoyed the pool and basketball court! breakfast was great!!
