Location was good, clean room, comfortable beds

Says heated pool and shows a spa, well door on spa was broken, pool definitely not heated was ice cold, grounds has garbage all around, the side security door is broken and lock was removed and key reader was broken out. Our fire alarm in our room was missing and some damage to door on outside. Would have been nice to have a fridge.

This was a clean and comfortable hotel. My husband and I were driving across country and just needed a place to rest. The staff was polite and professional. Breakfast was limited due to COVID restrictions though we did enjoy the complementary coffee and pre-packaged snacks. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends!

We were unable to reach the hotel by telephone; there was no answer and our calls went to a voicemail box that was not set-up. Upon arriving, I let the Desk Manager know and he apologized and told us that the phone lines don't always work.

The location was right next to a mall and other shopping area. There is a restaurant right down the street and if you walk a little more there are several other locations to eat as well as a grocery store and gas station.

I didn't like that during our 5 night stay they did not go clean the room. As well as the carpet was a little dirty when we arrived. And the A/C to our room didn't work too well even after they went to fix it.

The room was so comfy and quiet. The locationwas close to a LOT! Only one thing i could think of..it was a little hot in the halls but for the price it was really nice would definitely go back!! The staff went above and beyond! Breakfast was good too!

The heat in the hallway..

Very happy with the comfortable mattress, pillows and blankets. It's all about sleeping comfortably! Thank you for supplying the box of kleenex, shampoo, conditioner, soap, hair dryer and laundry bag.

Walls were a little thin, but thankfully everyone went to bed at a decent hour.

it’s a pretty decent option to stay, very good ratio between price and quality.

the Doors doesn’t feel good. they should replace several of them.

Room was clean and confortable.

Unfortunately the hotel is closed to a train crossing point, and at 3am the horn woke me up.

Better than average TV channel selection, pool was open, packaged pastry breakfast was better than nothing, fast maintenance response, good AC in one of the two rooms, near the interstate…

Bathroom doors didn’t lock, no bathtubs, slow draining sink, broken toilet (quickly repaired), no towels in the pool area, cold pool (indoor), no fridge in the room, one out of two rooms’ ACs was ineffective, slightly dirty (lots of crumbs in hallway), broken vending machine on first floor.

Location good for what we had to do. Staff member knowledgeable. To where I needed to go. 🙂

The bathroom door lock was broken. Shower door leaked water on the floor. There was mucus on the bathroom wall by the shower.

Price and the proximity to I-10; easy on and off highway access. Close to restaurants and grocery shopping. Check-in was easy and fast.

There were dead roaches in the room. The TV did not have a remote control. The room was very warm when we arrived and it took quite a while for the room to cool down.
