The staff. Amazing people with great customer service skills. From the moment we stepped into the hotel we felt at home. The installations are average but is clean, in a great location with plenty of good eateries within walking distance. Right next to the university, UTEP. The free shuttle is a plus. Public transportation very close by. Pool and gym well maintained. And above all I like the service from the front desk, cleaning crews, restaurant, housekeeping. Our microwave wasn’t working and they replaced for a new one almost instantly. And a super nice señor from housekeeping/maintenance very nicely offered to warm up our meals in another microwave. Everything in this place is about Great Service 👌🏼👌🏼

Standard size room with king bed, and well-appointed. Quiet. Simple desk with ergonomic chair. Large armchair with large footrest. Small round table. Plenty of plugs. Good firm mattress. Easy walk to the university with its extraordinary Bhutanese architecture. Restaurants are an easy walk or short drive away. Friendly staff. Good building maintenance.

Internet is very erratic, stopping and restarting. Never a long delay, but sometimes requiring a new login.

The main reason I didn't say the room was a romantic one is because the view out the window is of a giant pile of dirt. The staff was great, and provided a shuttle ride to our concert at the university.

No free continental breakfast included with the room seems to fly in the face of standard service for the price point. $12-$15 dollars extra? :(

Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating when our daughter’s hostel wasn’t ready for her. They provided an extra bed in our room without hesitation, and offered us a complimentary breakfast to ease our stress!

Everything was great -air conditioner in our room really made a big difference to the outside temperatures.

Despite the lack of hot water when I needed it for a bath, the personnel was so eager to please that I had to rave about them!

Only the hot water issue. The staff was exceptionally helpful. It was not a particularly busy time but they went out of their way to please.

No breakfast before 7am and the. You ha e to pay for breakfast. At least have a continental with fruit toast something grab and go. Several athletes stayed here from out of town they need healthy choices in the snack area too please. Chips and junk food that's over priced was horrible.

The location was great, as I was going to a concert in the Sun Bowl, and we were able to walk directly to the concert, and also back.

Michael the shuttle driver was fabulous and represents your company exceptionally well! The front desk staff was extremely helpful, friendly and courteous.

The location was perfect for our needs to be near medical facility. The breakfast was great, and the convenience meals from the small store area in hotel were also good and reasonable

The hotel is in a great location, is very clean, and had very helpful staff!

some of the staff were unwilling to help. we need a late checkout and the woman at the front desk said there was nothing she could do. Then when I asked someone else later on, he was able to help me.
