Holiday Inn Express Hotel and Suites Fort Stockton, an IHG Hotel

We didn't really have time for breakfast but it looked good. The room was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and we would stay here again if ever in the area.

We would have liked a lower price but it was extremely easy to reserve the room and we did not have to worry about whether or not we would have somewhere to sleep.

My wife enjoyed the variety of the breakfast and the pleasant atmosphere. Also, I really appreciated the young lady who helped me several times on the phone as I traveled. As a 79-year-old man with some memory challenges, I had to call to make sure of my reservation, room, rate, and then to let her know that I would be later than expected and she was a star customer service person who made me feel at ease. I think her name was Lauren.

Although we asked for a disability room, the bed was a little high and my wife had difficulty getting in and out. We did not see a stool, but my wife managed. Next time, I will ask for a stool for the bed!

My tv wasn’t working properly in my room. I notified the lady working up front and she tried several times to fix it. She came up to the room with several different remotes and tried everything. She genuinely cared will trying to help me fix it. Unfortunately it wasn’t fixable so she gave me a discount on the room. Definitely one of the nicest hotel staff members I’ve encountered.

Breakfast was good on average. I'm glad they rotated some items so there was a little variation in the hot items each day.

There were no fruits in the breakfast at all, and my family all wished they had some. Even some apples or bananas would do wonders. The room was good, but the HVAC was really loud and the refrigerator had this high-pitched hum to it, that made it difficult for us to sleep. I didn't find any bugs in the sheets, but both my wife and I felt itchy (over our body) during our stay.

Safe hotel and room was clean. The pool was nice and clean. Suite was big.

The sofa bed didn’t have any bedding, we had to ask for it and mattress was pure springs. I was kinda worried about having my kids sleep on it. AC in the hallway on the third floor was out and it was uncomfortably hot in the hallway and smelled. Breakfast, the pancake machine did not work. No towels in pool area.

Breakfast Was awesome!!!!! Rooms where comfortable and Clean !!! And!! The Bath And Body Works Soaps In The Bathroom where Awesome!!!

Parking was Great. Everything Was Great..Even the employees where respectful...I Loved The Singing Cleaning Lady..Much Love And Respect From CERTIFIED Lowriders Dallas Tx ..

new and clean. the room was large and everything felt clean and sanitary.

the breakfast buffet has good variety of food. however in view of Covid situation, we felt there was not enough sanitary handling in serving the food. the spoons were exposed for everyone to touch. staff was standing around. it would have been better if they served the hot foods so people don’t have to touch the utensils.

The property was equally consistent in guest services, room amenities, and food services.

The location is in not the prettiest part of Fort Stockton but it is definitely quieter than the other properties that are contiguous to the interstate.

There isn't much on I-10 between San Antonio and El Paso. Ft. Stockton is a great area for staying and spending the day. The bed, the space, bathroom, were all good. The AC works great. It's very clean and staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had hot and cold choices. We had dinner at K-Bobs steakhouse across the street. It was wonderful! There is a Walmart near by and several Mexican restaurants. We would stay again!

We did not eat the breakfast because it was blocked off by a table and we could not see what was there. The one and only lady tending to people was not very friendly. You should let people see what there is to offer and let them get what they want.

Open the room for breakfast. There was no coffee in the pot and the lady was too busy with other things to take care of it. We just left and went to a cafe. If you are going to offer breakfast then you should do it.
