The staff were great and super friendly! Alyson was amazing and made our stay even better. She was very helpful with whatever we needed. Our room was comfortable and a great for our trip! overall was modern and clean.

Very strong cleaning product smells masking a really unpleasant smell in the hallways on the 3rd floor. The pungent and chemical smell lasted the whole 3 day stay. Towards the end of our stay we started smelling the hall smell from our room. Overall our room was clean except the floors but not terrible by any means just accumulated dust and particles.

nothing that was Avids fault. room next door played television loudly way past midnight (1:30 am) on a weeknight no less and interfered with our rest for an early rise next day, but when we contacted the staff they solved this issue quickly and professionally. that was SO appreciated. handled very well.

Nice hotel. We didn’t have any issues with anything. Bed was very comfortable, small breakfast was perfect. No one bugged us.

We couldn’t find the iron. We found the ironing board but no iron. We tried call the front desk and no one ever answered. Good thing my shirt was to wrinkled.

Our shampoo, conditioner and body soap containers were empty upon arrival. we didn’t discover this until we were in the shower. we had to go to the front desk to get more. also the shower had a few hairs in it. the cleaning staff could use a little more attention to detail.

The noise level in the room and outside was high The toilet paper holder was broken and so was the body wash dispenser Dirty behind table and left over sock belonging to someone else

Employees were great, even with the high winds and tornado/severe thunderstorm blowing things around, they were making sure people were safe and the chairs got inside so they weren't causing damage to cars.

Elevators kept having something very slick leaking on floor but they were trying to keep it clean

The staff was extremely polite, the room was clean and nice, and the bathroom had large sizes of Dove shampoo, body wash, face wash, lotion, etc.

The room was pretty small, there was no pool or hot tub, and no ice machine on the fourth floor. (That I could find). Nothing wrong with any of these things, just personal preferences.

I liked the fact that it was new

The room was not very clean the bathroom floor was slippery almost fell several times and the AC made a terrible sound did not sleep well staff did not respond.

It’s a hit or miss on hotels but this one out did it! This has been by far the most cleanest hotel!! The staff is amazing & helpful. Beds are very comfortable. The breakfast is perfect with plenty of options not your typical waffle or pancakes.

Loved the breakfast and the workout room... Both very exceptional for the price! Room was so comfy but most of all the staff was amazing!

Loved everything! Bonus - got a coupon from the hotel for a free appetizer to a close by restaurant. That was a first... So we went and enjoyed it. Thanks
