Staff on check in exceptional with guest service. The girl working.. did not get the name, but she was great...smiling, very good at customer service. We had a problem with out ac unit she actually came up to try and get it to work. A good asset for the hotel. She truly is a good employee. Please check to see who was on duty last night November 01.... acknowledge her work for your hotel. She impressed the 3 of us. And no we are not related to her. She is a good asset for you.

Was a good hotel stay out of a 17 day trip.. so 16 nights in hotels nothing was a negative at all.

The location of this property was perfect for our needs. It’s an easy, five minute drive to our family members from this hotel and there are several restaurants and sports bars within walking distance. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The property is well maintained and well kept. There is a limited hot breakfast offered, and although it’s the same fare each day, it is tasty.

I liked everything about the property the rooms were clean and the breakfast was great!

I didn’t like that I paid way in advance and thought it was fully paid but when I got there they took another $100.00 and said it was a deposit. They didn’t say if I would get it back after the stay or not but it has not been returned as of yet and it was an expense that I should have been warned of before hand!!!!

Yes, n its located in a great spot. We came down for C-10 Nationals n it was in a good location for food quick shoppin. Everything n i mean everything was 15 mins or less. Downtown Ft Worth, the Stockyards, the zoo, n mostly Tx motor speedway.

Only one elevator, really needs two. Couple more luggage carts. Nothing major.

The hotel was very clean and when my brother came to visit he admired how clean and fresh the hotel looked. Hotel smelled fresh and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good from yogurt, cold cereal, eggs, bacon, toast and Texas style waffle in two flavors: blueberry & original really delicious. We were in a prime location close to everything.

So we had a bad view. Staff in morning kept saying they don't have lemons ( but they had a glass jar filled with lemon water). It was very refreshing.

It was clean. The breakfast was great. .

I went to breakfast at 6:30, and there were 3 people who came in who did not look like guests. The door to outside of the building to go to the pool was propped open with a mat. It's possible that they were not guests. There were people from the pool walking around in swimsuits/barefoot in the lobby and hallways. The bed skirt and bed runner had stains.

The location was central to the point of interest during our stay. We loved the breakfast. It was hot and the staff kept replenishing the hot foods as there were many of us there for a convention.

Our stay was 4 nights. Our bed was only made 1 of those nights even though we requested it be made daily. We were at convention from 8:30am to 7:30pm each night and it would have been nice to come back to a made up bed and fresh towels.

Didn't eat breakfast

Had to paid 400 dollar deposit because book online and want get it put back on card until 3 to 7 days because didn't take Chime!!!

Comfy rooms and cleanliness . I saw you have coffee in reception , it was cold and the receptionist wouldn’t do any fresh . I couldn’t eat anything for breakfast as you don’t supply anything gluten free only the drinks . Which is a let down but the rest of the hotel was good and is well presented

Toiletries which are quite decent . The comfy rooms and good tv . Wi fi Not so good

Good value for money.

The hotel refused to help me change the dates as my flight was cancelled and I stayed one night less than planned. It would have been a gesture if they had considered my situation and not made me pay for a night I did not stay.
