As always, the staff is the star of this show. The facilities are nicer, than other hotels in the area. The staff sets this place above, all the hotels that I have stayed in, regardless of price or location. I feel at home here, I know that, these people care, not just about doing their job, but about me as a guest in their facility. Its the smile, and the atitude of the front desk staff, and the making sure there is enough sausage at breakfast. The housekeeping, actually keeps house, like it was a place they might be staying. I have stayed in many hotels, and seen all levels of care, but I have never found anything stained or dirty, unkept or unstocked in this hotel. I do testing for a living, and I have have a saying, once is a fluke, twice is a coincidence, three or more is a pattern, and this hotel has a pattern of quality and value.

The location is its only drawback, but that is no fault of the staff, or even ownership. The area, has seen a steady decline, since the downsizing of the Air Force base, near there.

I liked the value, what we spent and the room we got was really great. I really liked the separate room for the king bed in the suite we booked. When I booked it online I didn't know that's how it would come so that was nice. The pool was very clean and well kept as well. The housekeeping staff were very kind and efficient. We also enjoyed the breakfast, although more options would be nice. The fact that there was coffee 24/7 in the lobby was also a personal plus for me.

I was disappointed that the reception desk staff were less courteous than the housekeeping staff. I also would say that we needed more than 1 trash can in the suite, maybe an additional trash can in the other room. There was also no tv guide or resources/brochures for finding food services nearby.

This is my place, my go to home away from home. The staff here are like my friends or family, they are happy to see me, and I them. The rooms are always clean and comfy, the breakfast is the best of any hotel of its price range. The breakfast in my opinion has a large part to do with the lady who prepares it, as she is always around during the breakfast time, replenishing everything and keeping it clean. Mr. Nick at the front is always helpful, and courteous. Even the staff at night, is always available and helpful. I would recommend this place, as the go to place in the area, regardless of price.

The only drawback to this place, is its location, and that is out of no fault of the staff, or even ownership. The area is just in a state of decline since the downsizing of the local military base. The people who run this place, run it like it is in the middle of a downtown bustling area.

The breakfast on both days was excellent, top notch for any hotel that offers free breakfast. The lady who is in charge of it, is awesome, she is friendly and is always hovering to be sure there is enough of everything. Nick at the front desk is one the main reason, that I keep coming back. He has never failed to be present when I have a question, or need something. He is friendly and takes care of the guests, with kindness and a great attitude. The cleaning staff, does an excellent job, sometimes they are like ninjas, they pop in and give you clean towels and empty the trash cans, even when we stay 2 or 3 days in a row, and don't request any service. I like, most people prefer to stay at home, but when I have to travel to Fort Worth, there is only one place I am staying for the foreseeable future, and that is here.

The only problem I had was, this particular room, has an air conditioner that is very close to one of the beds, and it blocks the air, or directs it under the bed, so the room can be hot. Also, my girlfriend like to take baths, and the water never got as hot as it usually does. So this is room 212 and it is the 2nd time I have stayed in it. I will simply request any room but 212 in the future.

I love the staff, as I have stayed here many times, but they are one of the main reasons, that I continue to return to this location. The front desk staff, and especially the lady who oversees the breakfast are exceptional people. I trained customer service representatives for years, and I can tell you, I would hire either or both on the spot, based on their performance. The front desk man, who sadly, I do not know his name, is friendly and does his upmost to see to my needs, whenever I stay there. Again, I do not know her name, but the lady who handles the breakfast, is courteous and always makes sure I have what I want or need. Thank you for the excellent facilities as well.

Love the staff, and the breakfast, and the facility, all are beyond what I would expect. The rooms are always clean, and well stocked, I refuse to stay anywhere else, as I have on a few occasions, and regretted it.

I found the staff, especially the front desk man, during the day, to be exceptionally kind and helpful. To be honest, it is due to his willingness to help, and his super friendly attitude, that made me rebook with your place. I mean the breakfast was excellent, and the little lady who oversaw that was superb, and very attentive. I did not have one negative interaction with any member of the staff there. I would highly recommend to anyone to book with you.

The a/c unit in one of the rooms I stayed in was a bit temperamental, and I was hot more times that I was comfortable, but I never brought this up to any of the staff, as I am sure they would have addressed it.

Very good value for the money. Check-in/out went smoothly. Room was clean and comfortable. Very good fixed shower spray. Breakfast included folded egg, sausage, hashed browns, oatmeal, cold cereal, brownie bites (yum!), toast, bagel, etc. Lots of TV channels available. Fitness room was small, but nice. Pool looked nice, but I did not use it.

Oatmeal ran out about halfway through breakfast hours. It may have been replenished after I left, though.

It was a pleasant stay. Pool was great. Staff are friendly and ready to help with anything. Encountered a problem when I first got there but it turned out to be on the booking site I used. The woman behind the desk figured out what the problem was and it was resolved. The site used my first name for 1 room and for the second one used my middle name as my first smh.

The outlets by the bed were slow charging devices.

The room fit all of our needs. The shower has zero pressure, but maintenance did replace the shower head, which gave it an acceptable level. After bringing to the attention of a bathroom disaster in the lobby mens room, the staff cleaned it shortly after.

The breakfast was pretty good however a variety from day to day would be amazing. I believe this would keep them on a competition level with other similar hotels.

We got in extremely late as we had driven through all night. We got settled down in the room and were about ready to go to bed when we noticed my daughter's feet had become black from only 30-45 minutes of walking on the room floor. We took photos in case but notified the front desk. Without any questions, they gave us a new room and upgraded and let us have a suite which worked out so amazing for our daughter and family's needs. Staff was always so friendly when coming and leaving and I was helped super fast any time I needed it. Room with separate living room was so spacious. We were never more than 10 minutes away from anywhere we needed to go for our event and friends we were seeing. I have nothing but amazing things to say.

No complaints. Any issues we had were more than made up for and had exceptional service.
