Liked the variety of breakfast options. Liked the bacon, warm cinnamon rolls, yogurt and fresh fruit choices.

Eggs and omelettes could have been better. Oatmeal was inconsistent, too thin or too thick.

Love the set ups of the rooms! I always hate a large old dresser that I won’t use. Instead this property (in the double Queen rooms at least) has teo smaller dressers which is great for splitting up surfaces and a bench connecting them. Perfect for putting on shoes and getting suitcases off the floor! Also loved the mattresses, so comfy, and how the pillows are labeled “firm” or “soft”.

Pancakes instead of Texas shaped waffles. Not super important, but Texas shaped waffles at hotels is always a happy time! I’m not sure if the people above me where having a contest to see how loud they could walk or if it’s just poorly “sound proofed” but I could hear far too much which did keep me up later than I wanted to be, unfortunately.

Overall the stay was pleasant and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful. We would definitely stay again the next time in Fort Worth!

The only thing we didn’t like about the property was the pool size and the water was cold for being inside and the number of bath towels for our family size. Overall we would stay again.

The breakfast was very good , not the same every day ,which was nice. Coffee was always ready and I fell for the pancake maker and cakes Kitchen was clean ready to serve . The bacon this little lady cooked up to perfection. Crispy not burned.

Stayed 3 nights when we asked for clean . Only one bed was made?? Never heard a vacuuming then notice a sticky roller in cart no vac? No hand rail by toilet only on tub.

Clean,comfortable,size of room,has enough places to set luggage and other things so they don't have to be on the floor

Needs a shower chair for handicap people and a bar along long back wall of shower would be really helpful.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was great!

The room smelled stale when we first entered as tho it had been closed up for awhile. The shower needs to have more water pressure. The comforter on the bed had several stains. I'm sure it was clean, but when you pay over $100 a night I don't want stained linens.

I liked the rooms are clean and spacious. we had a few issues with the reservation but that was with booking. com instead of the hotel.

hotel was booked solid for three days and did not have enough cleaning staff to have rooms ready at 3:00pm check in

the staff is amazing, the entire building was so clean, rooms, elevators common areas.

It may have been the location and the lack of sun light shining into the pool area, it just seemed a little dark and mildly scary.

The location was ideal for our travel situation. Staff was professional and very courteous. Reservation process was easy. Breakfast was better than most hotel encountered in my travels and the staff kept the area clean, neat and stocked. The bed was comfortable and the a/c unit was quiet.
