Hyatt Place Fort Worth/TCU

The staff (Gina and Trinity) were very welcoming, professional, and polite. The room was clean, just bright enough, responsive temp controls, bathroom clean with nice features. The breakfast staff (Martha, Monica and Guadalupe) presented an outstanding area layout, beautiful food presentation, exceptional cleanliness, and were quietly attentive.

The front desk lady was very accommodating in everything that was in her power so to say. She made me the drinks I asked for and was very professional and pleasant.

Uhm, air-conditioning didn't work. Like I wanted the room to be warmer and it just wouldn't heat. When I called front office they couldn't do anything about it. Thankfully the duvet was large enough for me to double it up and ended up being ok. But definitely did not make me feel comfortable. I didn't like that there was hardwood flooring. But that's just my personal preference. So all in all for the price asked it is not very satisfying.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The entire hotel was extremely clean and inviting. The bed was just the right amount of firm and plush too. Every single member of the staff were super friendly and helpful. We recovered here after a surgery and the staff always ensured we had everything we needed to be as comfortable as possible. They offered a to-go continental breakfast which included several tasty options. The valet was $14 a day I believe. The hotel did have a wheelchair we were able to use throughout the stay.

Close proximity to TCU; New and modern building; Laminate flooring in rooms is very sanitary; Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating.

A clearly marked self-parking option would have been great as we were in and out of the hotel on high frequency. Valet is a great option for overnight or dinner only, but for guests coming and going every couple of hours it's too cumbersome. I felt that the $18 self-parking charge was too much for that property which had ample space. Many people were street parking to avoid the charge.

Staff was amazing! It was a last minute booking as we booked a hotel that was not what they said it was, it was disgusting and we needed a room asap. Everything was pretty full in Ft Worth but the Hyatt said they'd accommodate and got us in right away in morning to help us get out of our nasty Hotel. The Hotel is beautiful, clean, swanky and had superb amenities. I would Highly recommend this Hotel!

The eggs could be better. The tortillas were not very good. There should be microwaves for guests.

If you have mini fridges in the room, there should also be small microwaves. My room was not also cleaned after the first day, and trash piled up in my room.

Everything. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect and we felt safe. Had security personnel at door. Valet parking and bell service was available and used. Restaurant was on-site and food was excellent. Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Amenities were abundant. Complimentary Breakfast was available and good. Location was great, close to our grandson.

The property is beautifully and tastefully decorated in TCU colors. The Manager on duty when we checked in was the most professional, hospitable and attentive manager we’ve come across in years.

I really wish Hyatt didn’t charge an arm and a leg to park yourself! It’s too expensive.

We waited about 20 min before someone let us in. He went upstairs to take care of a guest. The hotel was locked we couldn't get in i understand we arrived after 11at night but there maybe should have been a note .

our blackout shades only came down halfway (broken). reported it but maintenance “wasn’t in” our sink faucet was loose. didn’t like being charged so much for parking
