Homewood Suites by Hilton Fort Worth West at Cityview

This is a nice property with a great location near lots of shopping and restaurants. It's in an area of several hotels and it's a quiet area, inside and out. The rooms are clean, big and the bed is comfortable. I liked the ceiling fan above the bed! The kitchen is nice with a large fridge and a dedicated table. There's also a separate desk and couch. The breakfast was pretty good, with lots of choices.

The layout of the room is a little odd, with the TV in a central location to accommodate both areas. The couch isn't very comfortable, but it worked. One of the elevators didn't work and it was a little easy to get turned around trying to get to the lobby, but we figured it out.

The room well as staff was all amazing. Very clean. I liked the fact that the king suite had two televisions Hot tub was amazing. Mrs Mary in the kitchen staff was the sweetest hotel accociate I have ever met 😍

The only down fall was after I left which put me in a bind once returning home was that the room fee was originally deducted the first day. Apparently it was put back unbeknown to me Saturday 2days after i had been there. Which led me to believe my account had more than I thought. And after getting home back to Alabama my account is in the negative because they took it back out I'm assuming this morning. When i figured it had already been deducted. Because it showed it was. Not sure but it has turned my first day back home upside down. Thats a large chunk

I had booked a weekend and two rooms for our family. I read other's reviews and decided to book. The staff were very friendly and accommodating every need we had. The rooms were large and nice. Breakfast was good and there was a good variety to choose from. The location was good and there were many restaurants, shopping malls and activities within a 5 to 10 minute drive. I would definitely stay at this location again.

location was ideal, i was there for an evening activity in fort worth and it was easy/straightforward to get to where i needed to be and then back to the hotel - breakfast was one of the better ones i've experienced in these "pared down" days of simpler fare, etc, and overall, it was just a terrific experience -

if i have any one, tiny quibble, the water pressure in the shower was a bit too light - but i probably could've adjusted the shower head if i'd thought about it - overall, not a big deal at all

Breakfast was good. Indoor pool and hot tub was nice.

Had a problem with bugs coming in the room. Staff was very fast to respond and sprayed the room. I think being on the first floor made it easier for the bugs to get in.

The location was absolutely calm and quite, something I enjoyed compared to where I live it is quite noisy. with honestly I could live there due to how everything is located close by and comfort of the area.

I really do not have any complains about my stay, only one thing I would have to say that could be improved would be the bed pillows. they are comfy but a little too squishy, I prefer more of firmer pillow but it was not too much of a bother for me.

I thoroughly enjoyed the facility. It was very clean, the staff were friendly and professional. I look forward to future stays at this facility. Thanks again.

I have no complaints or dislikes. The breakfast was great, room was great, staff was great and the on-site store was great with an acceptable variety.

Breakfast was good, not great. Area was a little small, food a little plain. Clean and adequate.

Could be a little better selection.

The property was clean and very nice. The hot breakfast was very good. The staff was helpful and I had a very quick check in and out.

My grandfather passed away and I was going to be headed in a different direction. I tried to cancel and they never acknowledged me. My only con but I will not stay again. This was my situation. Everything else was okay.

Ceiling fans in both rooms! That was a lovely value-add. The kitchenette was perfect for our few night stay - we don't eat in restaurants because of the virus, so it was great to be able to prepare and eat meals in our room. The to-go breakfast was good with some fresh fruits and muffins. (they had a hot breakfast but we didn't try it) I loved the separate rooms so my husband could stay up and watch TV and I could sleep in peace :)

There wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom so it took a long time for the bathroom to cool off after a shower.
