The location is awesome with easy access to lots of shopping and restaurants. The room was spotless and the bed was also very comfortable. The shower was also very nice. The staff was very friendly at check in and check out.

My only two complaints were really the loudness of the hallway and the breakfast. Granted I was there on the 4th of July, but it seemed like the doors were super thin because I could very clearly hear people arguing in their rooms across from my hallway with both of our doors closed. I was also disappointed by breakfast because there was no waffle batter. The coffee cups are also hilariously small (like a whisky glass) and I'm sure it wouldn't kill them to get some normal sized coffee cups.

The location is very nice, shopping and ample food choices nearby. The hotel was clean and quite. It was a good stay for the money paid. The room was nice and looked to be newly updated.

The front desk clerk wasn’t very friendly. Upon check in the man never told me where my room was or how to get there. I had only the room number on my card key. The breakfast bar was pretty empty. There were no flavored creamers or regular sugar for the coffee station. The choices were sugar substitute and half & half only. Eggs were old and dried and the sausage was barely warm and very dry. Not impressed with the breakfast/coffee.

Location close to things we needed. In town for a funeral and it was close by so it helped to get things done. They had a nice breakfast served in the mornings. Not just donuts. I want to make it known they have an exceptional clerk name Kameron, she was so polite and very helpful. When I ask for even the smallest thing like salt and pepper, she went out of her way to find some for me. When my daughter checked in, Kameron help me with locating her. Thanks Kameron for all the help, excellent service, you should get a raise.

The price could have been better. There was no place to dump our trash and no maid service to grab dirty towels and get fresh ones.

When I checked in the (late night) receptionist was wonderful and had a kind attitude. She truly made me excited to stay. The facility was clean and amenities were great. Room was perfect and the breakfast was delicious!

The receptionist, (morning lady) who I explained my card key was not working too, she was very unpleasant. I did not know or was never informed that the card keys can not be by anything magnetic. This should be made clear at check-in, especially if a card key has a issue more than once the room will be closed. Other than that I loved everything else.

La Quinta has definitely stepped up their game. the hotel was clean and a nice environment. the staff were friendly and the room was clean and comfortable.

just one thing, which is a HUGE pet-peeve for me. our key cards stopped working early in the morning. key cards should never stop working until at least AFTER check out time. The staff was apologetic about it but it’s frustrating to have to go through that.

The property is very well kept. The inside of the hotel is one of the cleanest hotels I have ever been to. The staff is nice, it is in a convenient location. Our only complaint is the outdoor entry card reader did not work, we had to wait for someone to let us in or walk around to the front of the hotel to get back to our room.

The bed was hard and uncomfortable.

The staff was awesome super friendly,helpful and made sure their guests were comfortable and taken care of I highly recommend you stay at this hotel and the breakfast was insane!!!! With more food than you know what to do with and always kept stocked so definitely book a room here and I promise you won't be disappointed thank guys guys for your amazing service and keep up the good work!! 😀👍

The only thing I can say that was some what saddening was that the hot tub and pool was unavailable but I know with the pandemic going around I understand as soon as this virus going around is gone this place will be unstoppable and a first choice on my list for a place to stay.👍

The breakfast was hot and well attended to. The gentleman in charge took care to make sure the items were filled before getting low and he kept the area cleaned and picked up. Great job!

Our bathtub didn't drain well when we showered and it got progressively worse. We found a few little black ants. One of the side entry doors that we used regularly was unlocked. No key needed to enter.

The hotel is being revamped although the works were going on it did not affect our stay.

Only thing I can think of is that as we are from England, our day starts with Tea. My wife will only drink plain breakfast teas so I had to run off to Walmart to grab a box lol Oh just one thing, I forgot to tell staff. Room 200 has had a new tap fitted and you cannot turn it on properly as it hits the mirror behind.

Policies were apparently changed on the age requirement to book a room and I wasn't notified. Me and my group was still notified but a message would have been nice. Especially since when I booked it the minimum age was 18. The stay and breakfast was overall great, but a big change in policy like that should be shared. The "emoji" shows a sad face but I overall had a good experience the policy change was the only downside for me
