Breakfast was very good. The location of the hotel was perfect for where we were going. The room was clean and all staff were very helpful.

The only thing that I saw that would bother me would be the hot tub and swimming pool. The first night we stayed there my son and I swam in the pool and relaxed in the hot tub. But I was a little concerned about the hot tub. It was a little dirty and I couldn't smell any chlorine in hot tub or pool. I think it should be checked and cleaned on a daily basis.

The employees were friendly and answered questions in regard to the area. I especially liked the "desk people" they looked like they enjoyed their job.

I thought the breakfasts were repetitive and tasteless. At other Holiday Inn Expresses they have varying egg dishes. I was there 5 mornings and every morning the hot food was the same. Scrambles eggs were overcooked, bacon was raw, and sausages were dry. The biscuits and cinnamon rolls were very good.

location wasn’t too bad just aways from bus stop to hop on to go to places. wished they didn’t stop their shuttle but over all we manage it. just thinking about those who are much older than else. website site said contact for shuttle info and when you do call you push #2 for info afterwards when someone answers you then find out no more shuttle. For those people like us didn’t think much about it until closer to time then being a holiday weekend all car rental places we’re booked. so plan ahead and know there isn’t shuttle services. Hopefully they will fix there website to say this and update the Voice message.

Loved the location. It took us less than 5 minutes to get everywhere we wanted to go in the city. Considering we were going to a concert it was the perfect location to get to Dickies Arena, as well. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was great. The room was large and there was even full sized bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Would stay here again.

The only thing I didn't like very much was that you had to pay to park. It was very expensive to do so (about $20) so if you plan on staying for more than a night be aware of that.

Customer service was great. A young lady named Brandy went out of her way to take care of me. I dropped off some flower arrangements for my wife's birthday, and she set them up in the room and actually took two roses out of the flowers and made a heart out of the petals on the bed and put the other rose in the middle, which was a great ideal my wife loved it, so thank you very much Brenda !!

Parking

The employees and the staff were absolutely amazing. everyone was so nice and accommodating. I cannot say enough about how impressed and amazed I am by these individuals. All praise here!

The Texaco was a bit shady but the taco truck that was out there was on point! So not really a dislike here. All good things.

Breakfast buffet was good. Fresh bacon, eggs, and sausage were replenished quickly. Cinnamon rolls were gooey, warm, and tasty. Beds were soft. Rooms were clean and well supplied. Staff was kind. Parking was available to accessible doors.

The elevator was a little sketchy but nothing too worrisome.

Not enough parking. They charge to park on the property and when you count the parking spots there’s not enough spots for one vehicle per room.

Staff at check in was friendly and courteous. Was very knowledgeable about my stay.

the lamp on 1 side of the bed needed a new bulb, and the faucet in bathroom was leaking all over the counter. I had to put a towel beside the sink to stop the water from running to the floor. i did tell the lady on my 2nd day but nothing was done.

Everything was great from the moment I walked in. I received great customer service from all the staff. The room was clean and the complimentary breakfast was amazing compared to other hotel braids I’ve visited before in the past.
