Best Western Casa Villa Suites

everybody was so welcoming. you can tell it was a very clean hotel even though there was renovating upstairs, breakfast was amazing and staff were very welcoming and friendly.

I have nothing to complain about, we will continue going and requesting the same suite each time!

The size of the room suits our needs most of all. The fact that it's pet friendly is a bonus. We travel to the Valley often to visit family and had been staying at other properties but feel we've found the perfect place for our pet Wally!

We like to sleep in, it would be nice to have breakfast hours extended to 10am but we understand 😏

Bed and pillows plus breakfast included that may not be the best, but it is pretty decent. The location was very good for my needs

Rugs on the floor... do not like rugs at all, specially during COVID times, since they keep a lot of dust, dirt, viruses. Outside in the garden some dogs poo, then I understood it is a pet friendly hotel

The pool was amazing! hotel was calm and quiet

room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly I found a sock that didn’t belong to us under a chair.

I love the location, and the people working there were very solicitous and courteous. They were very eager to serve, and a light breakfast was wonderful.

The bedroom just looked very tired, the entrance area was fine. And the day I was there the pool had not been tended to so I could not use it.

Clean, friendly staff, pool was great awesome temperature, very clean.

We missed breakfast, stop serving at 9. Wish it could have been a little later, this stay was a little get away so we slept in. The jacuzzi was very dirty, debris, leaves bugs,

The only thing I didn't like is the breakfast is until 9:00am. They should extend the breakfast hours!! Thanks!

My door did not ever slam shut. Also, the night concierge was so nice. I would go back to the hotel just because of his kindness. He cares about his job and the hotel. Breakfast was pretty good, too. The rooms are good sized and it was a quick drive to the airport. It was a quiet and safe location.

My door made a very loud sound when closing all of the way.

The breakfast was very good! I liked the spacious rooms too.

I stayed in room 316, the water in the tank to the toilet was very slow to fill. The valve in the tank seems to get stuck and doesn't allow the tank to fill properly.

definitivly the clean of all place is visible, the smell from the frontdesk until the room is fresh and clean, great point the elevator dont smell grease , the pool feels clean , great breakfast
