The fact that there were nicer staff, to assist my phone call and check-in process. Before this visit, my experience in the past has ALWAYS been phenomenal.

After a RUDE front desk agent (young caucasian girl) I use the term girl because her unprfessionalism spoke volumes about her , her age and maturity level. She argued with me on a phone call I made to the hotel. Considering the customer makes her paycheck, she's not a ppl person and holds the WRONG position there.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Room was very clean and fresh smelling. Several options to choose from in complimentary breakfast. Great quality for the price. Previously stayed at other hotels in town at higher rates and terrible staff and dirty outdated rooms. That was definitely not the case at this location. Excellent staff and clean spacious room for a moderate price. Will definitely book here again as I visit this area several times a year.

Only thing missing was an in room coffee maker but the lobby had fresh coffee so all was well, wasn't that big of a problem.

The staff was very friendly and made us feel very welcome bringing our two huskies with us during our stay. When they say they are "pet friendly," they absolutely mean it.

We had a hiccup when we arrived with our room not being ready, but they did immediately move us to another room that was ready.

I like how the rooms were newly renovated. I loved how the sheets smelled like they were freshly washed. The bed was very comfortable. The air conditioning was lovely combined with the bed it was completely comfortable. I loved the towels and the toiletry and the soap and shampoo. I loved that there was breakfast available. in total it was a great experience.

The only thing I received complaint about which my brother had to mention to me was that there was no hot water in the room we stayed in other than that for me it was a great experience.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms were very clean plus the beds were super comfortable. Very reasonably priced and right off the Interstate. They even offer a nice simple breakfast at no extra cost. We will be staying again during Christmas time.

Great price, comfortable beds and pillows. They provide a free breakfast, lots of parking. They just renovated their outdoor pool area. The staff was friendly and Alex at the front desk helped a lot with accommodating my handicapped dad.

Lots of little things need fixing.

I liked how easy it was to check in. The clerk had everything ready when we got there. All I had to do was sign our receipt and grab my key

I did not like that the water was not hot. It was just warm, and I also didn’t like that the Wi-Fi service was absolutely horrible and you cannot get any kind of signal whatsoever.

Our room was huge with a big comfy king size bed. TV was a little small but okay. Everything was very clean. A/C unit kept the room very cold. There was a breakfast area but we did not eat there. Joey at the front desk was AWESOME. Great customer service and appreciated his thoughtfulness.

Appeared to have been recently painted but the paint job in the bathroom was pretty bad. Cleaning solution smell was very strong. Access streets were not easy to get to where we where going but we managed.

It was nice to have breakfast in the morning. Room was really clean and bed was super comfortable. Lady at the front desk was really nice she made sure no one rented out the room above me after I told her I couldn't sleep because of the constant noise upstairs. I forgot her name but she was awesome and very helpful all I remember is she wears glasses.

You could hear the people walking upstairs and the hallways

Everything was perfect and well taken care of. We liked the swimming pool and had fun. The staff was always nice.

Lack of towels. There wasn't one for the floor. We only had one wash cloth. We needed two.
